The B&B is located in a housing estate. You have to go to the front desk of Building A 6/f to register and wait for a room to be allocated. There was a slight hiccup in the room you initially booked. I was immediately upgraded before I even asked. However, all the rooms are new and well-furnished. Clean and refreshing, I need to praise this store! As an aside, there is a site opposite unit D. If you find that the room is aligned, change it to a better D!

Visiting first time for china was very amazing this hotel was same as shown in photo the rooms & cleanliness. Location i would rate it 10/10 because it is almost 100mtr only from gangxia subway station. Hotel service and housekeeping was very amazing the reception guys are very helpful plus we had all amenities like cooking stove , centralised AC & 24hrs hot water facilities. Would definitely visit this hotel again on my shenzen trip because it is only one metro station away from the worlds biggest electronics market Thank you for hosting😀

Facilities: Their apartment is newly renovated, with complete facilities and new supplies, but there is no breakfast. Booking is more cost-effective than booking directly online. Like 👍🏻 The address of the hotel apartment is in the center of Futian District, Shenzhen City. There are two subway lines 🚇Line 1 and Line 10 downstairs. You need to send the hotel instructions to the front desk on WeChat in advance. Check-in is upstairs↑ not on the first floor, which is a bit It’s not easy to find. I personally think it’s best to contact the hotel before checking in. It’s better to send a location via WeChat. Opposite the hotel is Huangting Shopping Center, which is linked to the shopping park CoCoPark, and there is also an underground street in Liancheng Xintiandi. The rooms are very new and have gas. Prepare your own pots and pans for cooking, there are no supplies in the apartment, washing machine (with laundry detergent) refrigerator, disposable toothbrush 🪥 razor, shower cap, comb. Towels, bath towels, floor towels, suitable for people on business trips. I can do laundry, or stay here for half a month and make some food. It's really convenient. It's very comfortable to stay and have a good rest. The mattress is soft and hard. Just right, I like it very much😍I don’t know what brand it is and where I bought it, and I want to buy one to take home hahaha😁😁😁The room I checked in did not smell of new decoration, but there was a light aromatherapy smell which was quite nice, but There is a bit of smell in the elevator, but it does not affect check-in at all. The room has an independent WiFi signal and is good. The front desk will send you a WeChat message to inform you and also send you the takeaway address (੭ •_•)📍When you check in, you will also be reminded that if there is any problem with your check-in, there will be someone on WeChat 24 hours a day. Yes, just for service, I must give full marks. In the future, when traveling to Shenzhen for business or other matters, he must be his first choice.

This looked and felt like a top notch business hotel and very conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options. We arrived late so were glad reception lady told us a walkable steamboat place was still open. The room was new and flawless. Pity I didn't have time to enjoy the bathtub and it was kinda semi open concept so wasn't that convenient and would have felt cold in winter and with Aircon. Beds were super comfortable and I enjoyed possibly the best sleep during my trip. They even have a Pillow Menu - lesson learnt next time I would choose the firmest cos China tends to use soft pillows that do not support my neck well enough. Nonetheless really enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed wonderful view and with electric blinds.

Overall is good, room is tidy and big. Reception and bell desk excellence service. However the night security staff isn’t nice. I’m worry are they suitable to work in hotel.

Close to Gangxia subway station and opposite the Center of Excellence. The newly opened rooms are well-equipped. When you arrive at the door, ask the security guard (Prince Executive Apartment). There will be staff in room 0925 to help you check in.

We love to stay at this hotel, very central n easy to get by. The people there are very helpful and kind. We stayed 3 days and traveled to Guangzhou and back to Lanshotel to stay one more night before depart for Shanghai. The room is excellent, love the decor of the room! Simple and homely. The toilet is very impressive, my first time using it to wash my bottom after toilet. The seat is warm. As soon as you walk in the washroom, the light will turn on automatically! They provided plenty of bottled water 😍 which we needed in a hot day. Short distance to walk to all shops and to eatery places. The best part, this hotel provides washing n drying facilities, 👍🏻‼️ thank you so much to the stuff for their help upgraded us to superior room!

The location of the hotel is super convenient! Proximity to the subway station! The business district downstairs is complete, and children can be satisfied with eating, drinking and having fun! Parent-child travel is highly recommended. The subway is convenient to transfer, great

Nice little hotel near the metro and convention center that won’t break the bank! Everything is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean spacious room, Healthy breakfast, Front desk is helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!!
