The hotel is a service industry, and the service industry must be consumer-oriented. I personally think that Haishu still has a lot of things that it hasn't done well. First of all, do you really understand the makeup of consumers? Do they travel a lot, or travel and live a lot? I personally feel that there should be more business trips. So the next step is the group of people on business trips. What are their core needs? It's nothing more than safe, clean, comfortable and undisturbed. Then, did the hotel really do it? Let me give some simple examples: 1 When I lived here more than a year ago, I found that his shower could not adjust the heat or cold. It was the same this time, the very hot water couldn't be adjusted. My colleague's choice is to make do with the washing, call the front desk, the front desk let the aunt come in, remove the adjustment button, and then go to the screw. Of course I have experience, so I adjusted it this way. I believe that it should not be too difficult to remodel this shower adjustment, right? This has been the situation for more than a year. 2 There are still many minor problems with the facilities. For example, the windows of many rooms are not locked tightly, the vanity mirror does not move, the big spray water is terrible, and the sink has dirty things. I have stayed too many times, and I always find one or two small details each time. 3 When I was staying this time, when I took a bath, I found that I couldn't go underwater. I washed it out, put on my clothes, and took a picture (refer to the first picture). Then I went to change rooms the next day. The front desk said that the aunt said it was okay. Fortunately, I had this photo, and they changed rooms immediately (with a good attitude). 4 If the towels in the room are really stained, even if they are cleaned, they should not be used by the guests (refer to the second picture). I saw that the stains were still very responsive. 5 I can't complain about breakfast. I remember I also complained about breakfast a long time ago. Not only did it not improve, but it got worse and worse. The price with breakfast is not low, can't you be more careful? Fried eggs, fried noodles, forget it if you don’t have it. When there were a lot of guests for two days, I found that there was nothing to eat in the past (refer to the third picture). If you know that a large number of customers are staying, there will always be some plans, right? For other issues, I have also responded to my previous posts, so I won’t repeat them here. Since there are so many questions about Haishu Hotel, why do I still choose to live here? Because I have no other choice, other hotels in the surrounding area are much worse than Haishu. Sometimes, a good business does not mean how good one is doing, but how poorly competing products are doing. There are some minor problems that are left unresolved, which will only affect the reputation of your hotel. If there is a better competitor around, I think I would not choose here. P.s. When I went downstairs to check out today, an aunt was dissatisfied with the check-in and negotiated with the manager at the front desk. Later, the manager gave her some cash back to solve the problem. If some problems can be solved in advance, won't you no longer have to negotiate with customers? Don't turn important things into urgent things.

Muji Hotel Shenzhen was awesome! I've stayed at the Muji Hotel in Beijing before, a few years ago, so I was really looking forward to this stay. The room was quite spacious for a double and I appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages. The bathroom was great and the breakfast was a nice buffet style. I hope I can stay here again the next time I visit Shenzhen.

*這次帶着2老出行，這公寓優點的是鄰近地鐵站和商場，商場有超級巿場和多間餐廳，底層還可以直通地鐵4, 9號線，商場外過一條馬路就到該大廈入口，值得一贊； X選了一間三床房，原樣子應該是複式房，所以奇怪地進門是在接待處旁的一條樓梯進出，對老人家來說很不方便； *這屋沒有客廳，除了樓梯就是廊道通往洗手間和房間，衹有一部電視在主人房，2間有窗房冷氣足夠，床墊被鋪等尚算整潔，唯椅子及坐墊等有污積； X然後有一間是沒窗房，地上有一部小型空調機，神奇地把喉管接駁到廊道上，開了幾小時的所謂製冷模式，房間不涼快不通氣外，廊道更是焗熱，雖然很少在廊道上逗留，但那沒窗房也不是可以安睡的地方；晚上與客服溝通，客服建議不用製冷模式改用另一模式，個多小時后依然沒有改善； X洗手間是用雲石地板，沒有任何防滑設施，沒有扶手，沒有浴簾，水淺到周圍地上，很容易滑到； 總括是優劣參半，那沒窗房付了錢卻受罪，很不值得，很不愉快的體驗
