Amazing option in Shenzhen. Big and confortable rooms. One of the most complete Gym I visited in China. Sauna, Jacuzzi and pool (it was close during our stay). The night buffet at hotel's restaurant it is a must try (japanese, chinesa and western food, with drink included). The hotel has the best staff I faced in China. Mr. Roman at front desk, was fast, solved all our doubts and was super helpfull. Mr Forest also. Help us with luggage, taxi and courier. We will comeback for sure!!!

My favourite hotel in Shenzhen. You cannot fault the accommodation or service. We are always treated like royalty and you feel very special. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge choice. My only criticism of this stay would be that the executive lounge food options did not seem as good as before. Maybe we got unlucky.

This is the first hotel we tried in SZ and surprisingly was so good. The lobby is quite old-fashioned so we didn’t expect much when we first arrived. However when we opened the room door we were amazed that it’s all new and so clean. Love the bathroom that there’s make-up table and corner with seat! Perfect for girls. We had the chinese restaurant on the 1st floor and was so good too! Will be back definitely

The hotel is at an excellent location, close to the metro and main parts of the city. The room is spacious, but it felt too old, with a weird smell, a bit damp. The hotel and rooms are needing an update, even the lights in the room, there isnt a master switch. There was a strong smell of cigarette from next door, and a bit noisy. Thr bathroom is old and outdated, a bit dark. Once taking a shower the water ran cold and didnt heat up again. It was clean enough and the staff spoke great English. It isnt a bad hotel, just needs an upgrade.

Hardware: Perfect Location, right next to the subway station exit (less than 10M), behind is the mega shopping mall, and the mega supermarket is also next to it. Hotel room: Big room, fantastic city view, 65” TV, lots of mandarin channels, I don’t see any foreign channel, such as BBC, CNN, NHK. Toilet n bathroom have a very weird design, 1st nothing to hang the clothes, that’s mean u need to put everything outside, even the towel, u need to come out nake to get it 😳. 2nd, both of them have no lock. yes, have door but no lock😳. Software: I must give a very high compliment to FnB, polite n helpful. A lady put her dirty dishes to a clean table next to her, the FnB manager saw the whole thing from far away, then approach the lady say sorry becos her service is not fast enough to clean up her table, then take the dirty dishes away… In breakfast time, I ask the noodle counter where I can get a spoon, he come out all the way from his counter to show me the spoon. Also, I make two coffee together w the food, the waitress help me take it back to my table. Housekeeping are also very helpful when I ask for more pillows n tooth brushes. However, I still see my wife hair in the toilet after cleaning. Anyway, housekeeping are good, I know they are busy. Front desk n bellboy do not much interactive w them, so so… Overall, this one is good hotel. Definitely recommended.

We liked the hotel location and amenities, especially the self-service laundry room and the late night noodles in the dining room. The hotel is conveniently located next to a big shopping mall (KK One) and has a subway station right in front. Many food options and coffee shops nearby. The only caveat is the check-in experience. When we arrived at the check in time, the hotel receptionist said we couldn't check in because the previous guest hadn't checked out. And they recommend we purchase the Atour membership for ~280 RMB to get an upgraded room so that we can check in now, otherwise we'd have to wait indefinitely for the previous guest to check out. This seems scammy. We complained to Trip.com and they helped us resolve it with the hotel who then gave us the upgrade for free.

You can tell that the hotel is in a classy area of Shenzhen, the area is very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a few meters from Nonglin subway station. Very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is small, but the room is spacious and modern. The whole environment is very clean and pleasant. My room has an overhead projector TV, thus the screen is very large. There's a wide choice of free movies to choose from. The remote control needs some getting used to though. The buffet breakfast is generous with lots of choice. I will surely stay there again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The hotel facilities are novel and the location is very convenient. But what is regrettable is the attitude of the service housekeeper. First of all, there is no USB plug for power supply in the room today, so I asked the housekeeper in the lobby and she immediately responded that there was no one. Fortunately, I saw the floor cleaning aunt on the floor and she was very attitude OK, help find a head. It turns out that the attitude of the hotel's high salary and standard food is worse than that of the cleaning staff. If you are in the service industry, you should not say no easily. You can only say no unless you have tried hard to find it and there is really no way. It should not be obvious that there is one, but then immediately reject the guest. The location is quite convenient, and there are not many surrounding facilities.  The hotel lobby is gorgeously decorated and simple and very ordinary, but it feels more comfortable to go up to the corridor of the room upstairs.  The room is very practical with humanized intelligent control and the long combing by the bed. There is also aromatherapy provided. But it is best to intelligently control home appliances

The hotel location was good. Near the coast and nature park, and also close to downtown by taxi or Didi. The people in reception don't speak English, so it was difficult to get help. We ask for a recommendation to visit the city and they didn't know how to answer that. The room was clean, we have all the amenities in the room. Breakfast is Chinese style, very complete. The hall in our floor smell like cigarettes, so maybe some floors you can smoke and others not. This is a big problem in china, a lot of people smoking in the streets or bars. The bed was very comfortable and also the pillows. It was very good for the price

During the Spring Festival, I arranged a trip to Shenzhen with my children. I accidentally chose this apartment to stay for six days and five nights. The room I stayed in felt like home. When I came back every day, my fatigue was wiped away. Auntie would also clean the room every day. The facilities are very complete. Downstairs is the KK One shopping mall, which has everything you need to eat, drink, and play. It is a few steps away from Metro Line 9. It is very convenient for traveling to various attractions. What I especially like 👍 is that the owner of the apartment is very considerate and even saw me dragging him alone. Even though it was inconvenient to have two children, they helped us delay check-out. We will choose this hotel next time we come to Shenzhen.

The location is very good, directly above the subway and directly from the exit of Jingtian Station to the hotel building. The high-rise lobby and Jade restaurant on the 28th floor are very high-end, and the room facilities are smart. Come back next time.

Very neat and very bright~ The bathroom and toilet are separated (the sink is only in the bathroom, so you still have to wash your hands after using the toilet. We decided to stay here🥳. We booked two rooms with our elderly and children. We went out to play during the day and did not go to the hotel swimming pool, so we did not take pictures. The smart robot service was also good. This trip made me feel how Shenzhen people are open to the outside world. The enthusiasm of local people is the best hotel experience I have had during this trip. I will stay here again next time. Manager Zhang’s ability and Director Chen’s seriousness can only be praised by two words🎈.

Bad:  In fact, the room is the same as the photo, the large windows are comfortable, the projection facilities are also very good, and the sound is also OK. But there is a deadly one, it is the toilet. Since the whole house is in open mode, there is no interval. The bathroom has a very unpleasant canal smell that will really choke to death. But I found that the bathrooms in the mainland generally have this smell even in the mall.
