The stay was pleasant. They offered us if we want have a late check-out. I think that was considerate of them considering that people celebrate New Year’s Eve and that they stay out late. My only concern was that I made a request upon booking for a better view on a higher floor and they put us on a second floor. That was not pleasant for me. I did not insist anymore since I already wrote it upon booking and if they chose to ignore that then let it be. The interiors need renovating. The breakfast though was good. It has a decent Western/ Asian breakfast. I love that part. The place is literally a 5 minute walk to Sea World.

The rooms are domestic 3.5-star hotel standards, and the price-performance ratio is acceptable. It's just that the location is poor. The Moon Bay Avenue at the door is full of large trucks, which is very noisy. It's okay to stay for one night as a stopover. Definitely not suitable for vacation.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. As a foreigner traveling in China can be difficult with all the temporary residence registration required by the government . It only takes two minutes to take the elevator from Exit C of Taiziwan Metro Station to the hotel. The lobby is located on 2/F. The new hotel lobby and room facilities are very new. I stayed and slept very comfortably. There are not many breakfast options, but they are very good. Delicious, both espresso and yogurt! The fruits are all freshly cut! Since the K11 shopping mall and Gaoye Dadu near the hotel are still under construction, don't expect delicious food nearby! If you only plan to stay next to the subway station for convenient travel, choosing this hotel is a good choice!!

The newly opened hotel is in Prince Bay. The hotel is beautiful and the room type I am in can see the invincible sea view. But the most impressive thing for me is not the landscape or hotel facilities, but the service. Stayed here for 3 nights and was impressed by the service of the duty manager Ah Xian! His hospitality is really meticulous, comparable to a 6-star hotel butler. The side shows that the management level of this hotel is still very high. Will choose to stay here next time!

Our first choice’Regular Room’ was very cold with a small heater inside of it. We tried to get the second one but the duty officer was playing dumb and showing us the second layer of blankets 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂😂😂 haha! Then, the lady manager came and very kindly offered us an alternate room in wooden house with a big heater inside. She was very nice and offered a hot coffee to warm up. The stay for kids was amazing. So many attractions are in the park beside. This compensates the old design and furniture of the hotel.

The room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall value for money is excellent. It is a very satisfying experience. 放假和朋友到海上世界這邊來玩, 看了好幾家酒店,覺得這家酒店價格和條件都挺合適的就訂了房間, 入住的時候前台發現前台小姐姐居然和我年紀差不多,人也很好服務什麼的都很熱情, 還給升級了房型.這第一印象分就很高, 房間設備什麼也都還不錯,最主要是晚上安靜.玩了一天累了到了晚上還能睡個好覺. 總體來説是不錯的入住體驗.
