Excellent stay at UrCove thanks to the dedicated service and follow-up from their manager Katrina. She handled everything from booking, to check-in, stay follow-up etc. Looking forward to my next stay in and hopefully will be able to enjoy the room a bit longer. UrCove by Hyatt is in the middle of the Nanshan Hi-Tech Park so a lot of offices and lack of residential facilities but still some good spot for restaurants/malls close by and covey convenient/central to navigate in Shenzhen.

The sea view is pretty nice. Downstairs is the homestay's own coffee shop, where you can order drinks and snacks, which is pretty good. The three-bed suite was originally thought to have two beds in different rooms, but in fact they were all in one big room, which was a bit inconvenient. The beach in front of the hotel closes early, so it's a pity that you can't watch the sunset on the beach. When playing on the beach, someone will come to ask if you want to take a speedboat to Lover's Island. It costs 300 yuan for half an hour. Don't go! Huge pit! It's not the famous Lover's Island in Xichong.

The view and the room was fantastic. The gym was more than adequate and provided the necessary equipment for my workouts. All the staff were great and friendly and accommodated all of our requests especially Eva at the front desk, very helpful and attentive to needs. Great breakfast spread and very spacious restaurant.
