Awesome location, the rooms are a bit old but it's supposed to be old-school anyways and it's clean. Facilities are pretty good (breakfast/restaurant, the gym, swimming pool etc everything is really nice). Most of all the service was 10/10. I needed an international plug adapter they gave it to me for free, they allowed me to check out very late since my flight was only late afternoon, and finally after loosing my earpods in the room, I called them one day after my checkout to inquire about it, they had already found it and they arranged to ship it back to me in Shanghai.

Beautiful view and room is very spacious with lots of storage space, bedding is comfortable, gym has all the equipment, helpful staff, the room is properly cleaned twice a day, complimentary is provided in the room, it has the same selection of food as the buffet on the ground floor but better view and more privacy. Staff is very helpful, willing to go extra to help us with any questions. Very safe area in finance district with hotel accessible directly from shopping mall.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many group stores in Fox Plaza downstairs, and there are also many small shops outside the shopping mall to choose from. The room is very spacious, and the kitchenette is very complete with kitchen utensils, ranging from stoves and pots to tableware and utensils. You can actually buy ingredients for the stove. There is also a washing machine that combines washing and drying in the room. The whole process takes 5-6 hours, which feels very long. What I like the most is their shower gel and shampoo. They have a nice fragrance and are very relaxing after use. The overall stay was very good and I will stay here many times if I have the chance.

Amazing services. We were having trouble using the DiDi App to locate a cab in front of the premises after checking-out, the receptionist was quick to catch on and came to offer help on getting us a cab. They even provided their name card and told us we can call back any time for them to help us locate a cab wherever in Shenzhen if needed. Moreover, it was a rainy day and they offered us an umbrella despite me being already checked out, and told us that we can take it with us without returning it. 5/5.

We were able to easily explore the area, and the hotel staff provided us with excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities. Overall, our stay at Andaz Shenzhen Bay Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the amenities are top-notch. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly stay in Shenzhen.

I booked a bay view room, which is more than 100 more expensive than the city view, but basically I can't see the bay view, I can only see the building. Later, I changed to another room, and the result was even worse. It was facing the construction site, and the construction started at 6 o'clock in the morning. It was very noisy and I couldn't sleep at all. The hotel service is okay, and the location is convenient. The bay view room is really expensive and suffers, so don't book it if it's okay.

It is an oldie but classic. Great destination with a lot of Japanese restaurants downstairs. With Houhai mall close by and metro basically next to the hotel, you are in the middle of Nanshan, Shenzhen. The rooms are a bit old, but very well maintained. Service is really good and there is also English speaking staff. They have a small pool, gym, sauna, snooker table for use. Breakfast buffet is plenty and also have a bit western choices. Nice place to stay!

I don't understand this, front desk staff asked us to give feedback in the next few hours but I thought I could wait until I receive your email for feedback and can complete anytime at my convenience like I used to. Anyway, as requested by Atour, I gave long feedback in a rush but after a week's time I still can't see my post at Trip.com as of this moment. I was upgraded with satisfaction of course but not happy about being called and asked to rush to provide feedback. Booked a 5D4N stay at this apartment and it was great! Location was within 5 mins walk from the metro and there were plenty of food options around the vicinity of the apartment. Taxis were all around the area or you could call for one using the app. Service apartment staff were very friendly and helpful, apartment was cleaned daily and security was tight. If you order food delivery, they even deliver it right to your doorstep (so amazing, I can't believe the convenience!) Would definitely stay again, value for money and great location!
