I went to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning. When I talked, the voice was a little nasal. My nasal sound may be heard when my room number is asked. When I chose a meal to eat, I brought me a bowl of hot noodle soup, and there was actually a poached egg inside. The eldest sister said, Is it a cold to hear you talk and have a nose? I said yes, the eldest sister said that hurry up and eat hot noodle soup, your body is warm, just sweat, I also asked me to go out and wear more. Shenyang has cooled down in the past two days. It is really warm. I have been cured at once. After eating hot soup noodles, I feel that I have a cold. I have been warm. I have heard that Atour's service is very good. This time I really experienced it. It's really like a family. And the hotel's facilities and equipment are also very perfect, the bedding is really very comfortable, especially the pillows are too comfortable, the front desk staff's service is also very good, very warm, really recommended!

I was very satisfied with my staying experience. I was attracted as soon as I entered the hotel. The lobby of the hotel is very spacious and bright, equipped with a tea bar. The front desk greeted me very warmly and patiently. After I checked in, I gave me blindfold and brown sugar. I liked it very much when I entered the room. The room is large, clean and tidy, and also presented with a minibar drink. It is really warm and thoughtful. The shampoo and hair care are also very useful. The bedding Very comfortable, breakfast is extremely rich and delicious, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. It is really good to choose this orange crystal. This is what surprises me! Though my big room only had a small window, it was good enough me to not draw curtain for the night as there's no building around taller than my room level. Service desk always helpful with directions.

The location is convenient and the house is clean and quiet. I'm quite satisfied. There is also a convenience supermarket downstairs. You can buy some snacks, drinks and other things when you come back in the evening. Walk to the two intersections of Taiyuan Street, not far away. The Le Méridien Hotel is right opposite and the location is very easy to find. Just a road apart!

Absolutely brilliant hotel as always, whenever we come to ShenYang we stay here, A Lawson's downstairs means you always have access to food and drink and the Lawson's means awesome coffee in the morning. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Hotel Jen is a super hotel

Jody at the front desk was professional and friendly. The bathtub was the best thing about our stay and the fact that it's pet friendly. The breakfast is advertised as ”International” but nothing is even remotely on an international standard, bland, mediocre and poorly managed. It is listed as RMB85 but is more in a RMB30-40 range. The restaurant staff is not professional. They should be able to help guests that aren't on the prepaid list without making a scene. Using the spa facilities was a bit of a mission. You have to phone reception and then they send a staff member to the spa desk. Everything is turned off so it takes a while to heat up. The jacuzzi was a bit cold and not that enjoyable. The sauna was awesome. Only one elevator was working (out of three) so expect to wait between 5 and 10 minutes each time.

great night stay, staff are so friendly and speak good level of English. Rooms are very clean, very spacious and hotel is convenient. Close proximity to the train station and many local foods less than 5 minutes walk. Room provides plenty of space for my partner and has great entertainment options. Restaurant is clean and breakfast is delicious. Will stay here again should I return to the area
