Hotels near Viceroy of Three Northeast Provinces in Shenyang

Everything is good except taxi or hailing car can not pick up and drop off to the hotel lobby, so it's a bit annoying if you need to pull luggages across to the road side especially in snow! Today morning, an power outage happened in the surrounding including this hotel, we need to walk down 15 floors carrying luggage because we need to check out and going to airport, even though a staff has helped. Anyway, they try to do the best and have prepared take away breakfast for anyone who like it.

Absolutely brilliant hotel as always, whenever we come to ShenYang we stay here, A Lawson's downstairs means you always have access to food and drink and the Lawson's means awesome coffee in the morning. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Hotel Jen is a super hotel

Convenient location The door is the underground We are a local tour group to see the route of Jiuzhaigou The team does not send to the city near the underground entrance Looked around and chose this hotel Surprisingly, the environment is very good, spacious and very comfortable.

1). The receptionist was not polite but quite rude; 2). The hotel only provides only 2 small bottle of drinking water for each guest is far not enough; 3). The volume and the pressure of the water in the both room were incredibly small; 4). The shower-head didn’t work properly, so I couldn’t take a shower; 5). The breakfast was not fresh and there was not enough choice, so I didn’t have it; 6). The room door is not well sealed as I could hear the noise of talking and walking from the corridor.

It is really good to stay at this hotel when traveling to Shenyang. Needless to say, the location is very close to the Forbidden City and the Marshal's Mansion on Zhongjie. The subway is just outside the door. There are delicious skewers, Malatang and chicken racks nearby! Especially the chicken rack sprayed with vinegar, it’s a must-have! It’s very warm indoors in winter, and the sisters at the front desk are so welcoming~

The front desk service is very good and the facilities are quite new. There are two shortcomings: 1 The sound insulation effect is not good, and the sound of the corridor is clear. 2 Sanitation cleaning needs to be improved. There was long hair on the towel before, and there was no picture left. I only saw too much hair at the foot of the bed when I got up early!

This is my second trip and hotel is 5 star. Very help and professional staff especially Eva House keeping and Katherine, Amy on front desk.

When I came to Shenyang, I once again chose Swissotel to stay. The fat little girl at the front desk, EmilY, still had a bright smile. She was particularly warm and thoughtful. Many things were considered from the guest's perspective, which was very in line with the service standards of a five-star hotel. , I will choose to stay in this hotel next time I come to Shenyang.

The location is very convenient, near Shenyang Railway Station and near the pedestrian street. The staff can speak English and they are very welcoming! The room basically has got everything that you might need inside and it’s also very clean! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will come back for sure 👍🏼

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.
