Shenyang Shenbei New Area 5-star Hotels

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the Shenyang Railway station. What l liked the most, is that the staff speaks English, which makes checking in and out easy. The breakfast menu was was also fair, with a range of western food. The hotel does need a bit of renovation, but for the price . It’s a good serviced hotel, with a washing machine, stove and fridge. The rooms are also spacious

Everything is good except taxi or hailing car can not pick up and drop off to the hotel lobby, so it's a bit annoying if you need to pull luggages across to the road side especially in snow! Today morning, an power outage happened in the surrounding including this hotel, we need to walk down 15 floors carrying luggage because we need to check out and going to airport, even though a staff has helped. Anyway, they try to do the best and have prepared take away breakfast for anyone who like it.

The staff was professional and very kind, the whole hotel smells delightful, the breakfast was perfect, and the location is convenient. My only grievance would be that the TV didn’t have any English program or at least a way to stream movies or shows online or even mirror my devices screen.

Absolutely brilliant hotel as always, whenever we come to ShenYang we stay here, A Lawson's downstairs means you always have access to food and drink and the Lawson's means awesome coffee in the morning. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Hotel Jen is a super hotel

I chose this hotel for the convenience of parking during my self-driving trip. It was a great value choice. Parking at the hotel is convenient. You can walk to the Forbidden City and the Marshal's Mansion in just ten minutes. You can also visit Zhongjie at any time. The night view is beautiful. The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful, and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose Atour next time I come to Shenyang.

The room is very clean, the floor heating, the air conditioning are very hot, it is spacious and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are good for watching the night view. The TV projection screen is very convenient for watching movies. The service from the lady at the front desk, Weiwei, is very good and enthusiastic. The breakfast is not bad. More hot dishes and more meat will be great. Miss Wang Ping from the breakfast department. Very considerate help with packing boxes. The overall feeling is very warm. I will stay at Hampton Inn next time I come to Shenbei.

Just arrived in Shenyang, I encountered snow, the hotel front desk staff upgraded the room type, the room was quite clean, the heating was too sufficient, the window was opened, the breakfast was relatively simple, and the overall satisfaction was quite satisfactory.

The hotel room is large and clean. When entering the lobby, it feels a bit small. There is a lobby bar next to it. During the day, there are family activities at the front desk. It is also good to sit down and drink tea occasionally. The front desk arranged a room that you like and gave you fruit. The front desk is small The sister and brother are very enthusiastic, and the service with a smile is very warm. The hotel is very close to the Financial Center subway station and various attractions. It is a ten-minute walk to Laobei City and a half-hour walk to Xita Food Street. The starting price of a taxi is great. It is great to go to the Forbidden City and Shuai Mansion. Very close to Shenyang North Railway Station. The four of us walked to the hotel and walked to the North Railway Station after checking out. The location is excellent. I must give it five points.
