The hotel is not small, the rooms are large, the decoration and equipment are very new, and the details are very attentive. The parent-child room is very clean, the bed is large and soft, the pillows are very comfortable, and the stay experience is very good. The photos do not convey the feeling of the scene. In fact, it is very warm under the light. It feels like it is worth the money and the price-performance ratio is very high. What should be mentioned in particular is the hotel's service, which is as warm and considerate as the professional flight attendants. We stayed here as a family of three, elderly and children, and were very attentive to the elderly and children. It was a very good stay experience.

Very close to the airport and the Provincial Museum. There is a barbecue downstairs opposite. Very convenient. I stayed there for the second time. The facilities are not very new but they are clean. Very good.

The location is a bit remote, surrounded by small restaurants, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the room is quite big, there is also a tea room with tatami mats, the area is not small, but it is useless for a short stay, the room facilities are relatively new. The sanitation situation is not very good, but fortunately, the hotel staff can actively and quickly solve the problem. The last hotel on the trip to Northeast China. I only knew that Galaxy Bay was a luxury house before. I learned that there was also a five-star Galaxy Bay Hotel in Shenyang. I chose it mainly because it was close to Liaoning Museum and the airport. Overall, the luxury is good, the service is average, the Cantonese cuisine in the Chinese restaurant is great, and the buffet breakfast is a bit lame. There is a small garden in the hotel, which is the style of Galaxy Bay. The bathroom in the room is large, and the bathtub is double, which is the largest bathtub in the five-star hotel I have stayed in, but the faucet water is very small, which makes it take a long time to fill a bathtub. In addition, the bathroom has a sewer smell, which is a minus. The glass in the bathroom and bedroom is fogged by adjusting the glass, which is great. There is aromatherapy in the hotel lobby, which varies from person to person, and I don’t like it very much. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good. It is recommended to stay when visiting Liaoning Museum and going to the airport.

A double bed of 1.5 meters, the best choice for parent-child travel, double wash basins complement each other. The electric toilet is also an important factor in our travel choice. The location is very convenient, close to the subway; if you drive or take a taxi, you can reach the railway station, airport, provincial museum, and the Forbidden City in 20 minutes. The mini bar is free to use. When I went out at 6 or 7 in the morning, the hotel gave me a simple breakfast, which surprised me. It was so considerate. I deducted a few points for the facilities here. The configuration and placement of the bathroom are hard to describe. People can be seen taking a bath outside. There is no cover for both the shower and the bathtub. Is it for the convenience of watching the children? The toilet will flush automatically from time to time. I don’t know if the light is body-controlled or voice-controlled. It will turn off by itself while using it. The overall experience is good and worth recommending.

ZZkkGreat experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!!
Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted.
Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it.
Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

AAnonymous UserDecent. Room is spacious and have sufficient heating and looks good inside. Plenty of drinking water provided. Near a small food market, the small Palace and alot of shopping malls around if you're into shopping.
However most of the nightlife situated elsewhere, (15-30minutes by cab)
If you goal is just to see the historical attractions and eat some street food, and walk around shopping malls and have a nice place to sleep, it is a good place to stay.
Cons, no smoking area/ room, no spa, gym is pathetic. Big hotel but nothing much. Been to smaller hotels with more amenities.
The new counter staffs are more service orientated than the senior ones. My room card was disabled 4 hours before I checkout. Inconvenience for that last 4 hours, went to the receptionist and she couldn't even extend it but I had to tell the receptionist everytime I wish to open the room door for a room which I had paid for. Just a small simple act of extending my room card and it could not be done automatically.
Newer receptionists service are good. Senior ones are arrogant.
Overall ok, but not value for money.

The ”Little Europe District” on Zhongshan Lu, with Western restaurants and sidewalk cafes, is walking distance. 9th floor facilities are great--gym, pool table, Western restaurant, patio dining (no wifi, though). 23rd floor partment 1-br suite was great for the price: not luxurious but clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, kitchen with basic equipment (convection stove, not gas, unfortunately), no noise, no odors. Friendly English-speaking staff. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will come again.

GGuest UserI had been stayed in the hotel twice from 18 May 2023. The first stay was booked through trip.com while the 2nd stay was booked through the hotel directly.
The hotel is located at a very good position. The river bank park is within 5 mins walking and it is not bad and good for morning or evening walk.
The bed sheets are very clean and comfortable. 4-6 bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided a day
The staff of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I had a document to copy in an evening time when the shops were closed due to the late hours. I just passed by the receiption area, so I just asked the staff at the counter if they have a copying machine. In fact, they don't have a photo copier. They just have a printer with copy function. The printer is installed at a pretty low position, and need to squat down to operate it. Xiao Song, a very friendly and nice lady, helped me to make 2 copies of my document while she needed to serve other clients at the counter at the same time. She had to squat down few times to complete the whole document. Thank you so much Xiao Song.
The hotel lift is a bit slow and waiting time is a bit longer. You may need to press the same button more than once for a ride.

CChestnutTravelsThe room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid.
1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take.
2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts.
3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time.
4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon.
5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

NNuonuoxiaIt takes less than an hour to get to the hotel from the airport, which is not too close, but there is no traffic jam on the road. The hotel heating temperature is suitable. I booked a boutique standard twin room in the villa area and received 2 hot spring tickets for free on the day of check-in. The hotel is 70 square meters, has an indoor hot spring, and a relatively large living room area, making the stay more comfortable. The day we checked in was New Year's Eve, and the hotel even sent us dumplings, which were delicious. For hotel takeout, you can order from Lawson which has good reviews. There are also ice sculptures in the hotel, and the hotpot pork in the bathing center restaurant is also quite delicious and not expensive. The bathing center is very large so it's not crowded at all. Many people set off fireworks on New Year's Eve, which is full of New Year flavor and a great experience.

ZZhenzhenwszOverall a good hotel with large rooms and complete facilities. It is next to a large shopping mall. The location is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high.
But there are no beds at all in the high-rise buildings, and the rooms still have a bit of a smell.
The breakfast was so-so. When I went there at 9 o'clock, there were not many choices, and the milk and fruits were not replenished.
