This was a surprisingly large and inexpensive corner suite. I was pleasantly surprised. I'd hoped to do some catchup work on the work desk, but found the provided chair to be a little uncomfortable.
The air circulation in the room wasn't always ideal. Bad air from outside finding its way in, somehow. Cool at night, and then warmed up a little too quickly in the morning.
The large overhead shower head holes need to be cleaned as the water flow was weak. That said, a tub is provided for those who prefer that.
I couldn't figure out how to use the television converter. The power light was on the appliance, but nothing. It would appear staff does not check the batteries. Likely need replacing.
Breakfast was not included automatically, but the selection seemed sp**** for an established downtown hotel. The attendant, however was very caring for my needs as a laowei.

The bed had a plastic bit jutting out.
That scratched and almost cut my leg. That's still apparent, red and tender after 4 days.
Called reception. Very helpful apologetic lady came. Brought dressing for wound.
Offered to charge rooms. Brought fruit.
Brought engineer. They sorted the issue.
Then for personal reasons, I needed to leave earlier than 5 days.
The hotel refused to refund 3 days.
After trip. Com intervention, offered 2 days refund.
My stay was 2 nights.
So, a mixed feeling review.

I feel very happy when I arrived at the hotel. The lobby is bright and spacious, and the decoration is very stylish. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The front desk lady Zeng Fang upgraded our room type for free. There is a large floor-to-ceiling window in the room. The first time I stayed at Atour, it really gave me a great experience. The first time I came to Shenyang, the temperature in Shenyang was a bit low, and I had a little cold. I went to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning. When I talked, the voice was a little nasal. My nasal sound may be heard when my room number is asked. When I chose a meal to eat, I brought me a bowl of hot noodle soup, and there was actually a poached egg inside. The eldest sister said, Is it a cold to hear you talk and have a nose? I said yes, the eldest sister said that hurry up and eat hot noodle soup, your body is warm, just sweat, I also asked me to go out and wear more. Shenyang has cooled down in the past two days. It is really warm. I have been cured at once. After eating hot soup noodles, I feel that I have a cold. I have been warm. I have heard that Atour's service is very good. This time I really experienced it. It's really like a family. And the hotel's facilities and equipment are also very perfect, the bedding is really very comfortable, especially the pillows are too comfortable, the front desk staff's service is also very good, very warm, really recommended!

I just came to Shenyang. The beauty at the front desk recommended the surrounding food and transportation methods. She was very attentive and tasted a lot of authentic Shenyang food. I felt like I was at home here. The guest room aunt also thoughtfully provided disposable toilet covers. , the room is very warm and cost-effective. I will come back again next time I come to Shenyang!

ZZkkGreat experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!!
Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted.
Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it.
Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

AAnonymous UserDecent. Room is spacious and have sufficient heating and looks good inside. Plenty of drinking water provided. Near a small food market, the small Palace and alot of shopping malls around if you're into shopping.
However most of the nightlife situated elsewhere, (15-30minutes by cab)
If you goal is just to see the historical attractions and eat some street food, and walk around shopping malls and have a nice place to sleep, it is a good place to stay.
Cons, no smoking area/ room, no spa, gym is pathetic. Big hotel but nothing much. Been to smaller hotels with more amenities.
The new counter staffs are more service orientated than the senior ones. My room card was disabled 4 hours before I checkout. Inconvenience for that last 4 hours, went to the receptionist and she couldn't even extend it but I had to tell the receptionist everytime I wish to open the room door for a room which I had paid for. Just a small simple act of extending my room card and it could not be done automatically.
Newer receptionists service are good. Senior ones are arrogant.
Overall ok, but not value for money.

The ”Little Europe District” on Zhongshan Lu, with Western restaurants and sidewalk cafes, is walking distance. 9th floor facilities are great--gym, pool table, Western restaurant, patio dining (no wifi, though). 23rd floor partment 1-br suite was great for the price: not luxurious but clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, kitchen with basic equipment (convection stove, not gas, unfortunately), no noise, no odors. Friendly English-speaking staff. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will come again.

GGuest UserI had been stayed in the hotel twice from 18 May 2023. The first stay was booked through trip.com while the 2nd stay was booked through the hotel directly.
The hotel is located at a very good position. The river bank park is within 5 mins walking and it is not bad and good for morning or evening walk.
The bed sheets are very clean and comfortable. 4-6 bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided a day
The staff of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I had a document to copy in an evening time when the shops were closed due to the late hours. I just passed by the receiption area, so I just asked the staff at the counter if they have a copying machine. In fact, they don't have a photo copier. They just have a printer with copy function. The printer is installed at a pretty low position, and need to squat down to operate it. Xiao Song, a very friendly and nice lady, helped me to make 2 copies of my document while she needed to serve other clients at the counter at the same time. She had to squat down few times to complete the whole document. Thank you so much Xiao Song.
The hotel lift is a bit slow and waiting time is a bit longer. You may need to press the same button more than once for a ride.

CChestnutTravelsThe room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid.
1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take.
2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts.
3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time.
4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon.
5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

I am on a temporary business trip to Shenyang. I don’t wear thick clothes. The little girl is cold and warm. She is caring. She didn’t eat in Shenyang in the middle of the night. The little girl also recommended me a super delicious nightingale nearby. I went downstairs the next morning. The staff at the front desk was very enthusiastic to ask if it was cold today. You pay attention to keep warm. It is indeed a very warm, very good hotel. I will stay in Shenyang next time.

NNuonuoxiaIt takes less than an hour to get to the hotel from the airport, which is not too close, but there is no traffic jam on the road. The hotel heating temperature is suitable. I booked a boutique standard twin room in the villa area and received 2 hot spring tickets for free on the day of check-in. The hotel is 70 square meters, has an indoor hot spring, and a relatively large living room area, making the stay more comfortable. The day we checked in was New Year's Eve, and the hotel even sent us dumplings, which were delicious. For hotel takeout, you can order from Lawson which has good reviews. There are also ice sculptures in the hotel, and the hotpot pork in the bathing center restaurant is also quite delicious and not expensive. The bathing center is very large so it's not crowded at all. Many people set off fireworks on New Year's Eve, which is full of New Year flavor and a great experience.

ZZhenzhenwszOverall a good hotel with large rooms and complete facilities. It is next to a large shopping mall. The location is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high.
But there are no beds at all in the high-rise buildings, and the rooms still have a bit of a smell.
The breakfast was so-so. When I went there at 9 o'clock, there were not many choices, and the milk and fruits were not replenished.
