Let me give you a review that is honest in every aspect.
I went to Beitang Hot Spring in November. I went on a Monday during the working day and there were quite few people.
Facilities: The overall size is not as big as expected. If you have been to Qinghe, you can imagine that it is about a quarter of the size of Qinghe. There are three floors in total, and the actual facilities are basically on the first floor and the first floor. The elevator settings are quite confusing (some elevators cannot reach designated floors) and many facilities in the spa area are broken.
Hot springs: It is a real hot spring, divided into indoor and outdoor. The hot springs do not have many tricks. For example, there are no petal hot springs and milk hot springs. They are basically original hot springs. The indoor hot springs are very concentrated. They are a large area divided into several pools, and the temperature is not high. The outdoor temperature is a little higher and more scattered. It is recommended that if you want to soak in an outdoor hot spring, you should first take a look around the bath towel and choose which one to soak in before entering the water. Otherwise, if you want to stand up and choose another after going down, it will be very cold if you walk far away.
In terms of dining: There is a buffet only on Saturdays and Sundays, and you can only order a la carte on weekdays. The a la carte taste is not bad, but the taste is strong and the price is reasonable. The hotel's complimentary buffet breakfast is also available a la carte on weekdays, but no additional payment is required.
Accommodation: I booked a family room on Ctrip. The room is outside the hot spring. You need to get dressed and take your luggage. It is not far away, about 200 meters away. Maybe because there are fewer people on weekdays, we were assigned a large room. The room has two single beds, a tatami, and bathroom. I read reviews before that said the room was very small. Maybe I was lucky because the room I stayed in was very big. You can order takeaway in your room.
Other aspects: Please note that if you want to soak in the hot springs after breakfast, you must check out before 10 o'clock to avoid the hassle. You can have breakfast after 8 o'clock. After breakfast, you can go downstairs to check out and redeem your ticket to the hot springs. .
