Warm and Memorable Stay at Conrad Shenyang During our stay at Conrad Shenyang, the exceptional service truly impressed us. While the hotel’s location, facilities, and stunning views are fantastic, it’s the thoughtful care from the staff that made our visit unforgettable. When my daughter fell ill and missed breakfast, Room Division Manager Robert kindly set aside some bread for her. The Front Office Guest Services Manager helped arrange medication and even coordinated with the restaurant to prepare millet porridge outside regular hours. Special thanks to Night Guest Services Manager Tom and his team, who went out of their way to assist us with an urgent matter involving local government. Their care made us, as overseas Chinese, feel truly at home. This wonderful experience has deepened our love for China. We are very grateful and highly recommend Conrad Shenyang to all travelers.

This hotel turned out to be surprisingly great. I was initially debating whether to book a guesthouse or a hotel in Shenyang. While guesthouses were more affordable, I had concerns about their cleanliness, so I ultimately decided to book this hotel. **Amenities:** All the facilities are brand new. With a smart AI assistant, everything is largely hands-free. **Cleanliness:** Our room, at least, was spotless, and the cleaning staff tidied it daily. Overall, we were very satisfied with both our stay and the dining experience.

My stay in Shenyang this time was absolutely fantastic, I have to give a huge shout-out to Park Inn by Radisson Shenyang. The hotel's location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, which couldn't be more convenient. The hotel only opened in 2025, so all the facilities are brand new. The staff's service attitude was truly exceptional; from the moment I checked in at the front desk, their warmth and professionalism were evident. Housekeeping even helped wash my socks! My experience at Park Inn by Radisson Shenyang this time was perfect. Whether it was the location, facilities, service, or dining, everything was impeccable and offered excellent value for money.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! It's incredibly spacious and comes with excellent amenities. The service was also top-notch, and the location is superb. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay. I would definitely want to book this place again on my next visit to Shenyang. My only minor disappointment was that breakfast wasn't included.

This is a very business-friendly hotel with a nice smoke-free lounge, offering free fine coffee and soft drinks when you stay. Also free drinks in room and free self- laundry facility. The breakfast is very authentic Chinese style and adequate western foods and drinks. The manager Mr. LIU is a very warm welcoming man with great great working ethics. I accidentally dropped a stack of cash and the employees call me immediately and send them back to my room. Definitely recommend this to travelers with business in mind or simply enjoy vacation in Shenyang.

This stay at the Atour Hotel was absolutely fantastic! I was immediately warmed by the welcoming front desk staff. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and the check-in process was incredibly quick. I was so busy, but she handled everything so smoothly. Kudos to her! The room was clean and bright, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options. The surrounding area is also very convenient for dining and traveling. I'll definitely choose Atour again on my next trip! They even gave me a souvenir upon check-out.

作為對酒店要求 比較謹慎 衹選擇5🌟 但很多5🌟現在真是一般。一直想看看亞朵酒店如何 所以選擇高端S級。對比幾家 後這個酒店是今年剛開 怕有味道 但還是想試試 就訂了 進去 第一感覺 服務很好 前台接待順利 還會主動倒一杯水 比較温馨 緊接着 辦卡 上樓 給升級了一個房間 房間挺大 的。感應窗簾等 對於我來説 如果出差對價格是有限制的 亞朵這個酒店 還可以的 可以選擇 …至少衞生我覺得 能做到乾淨整潔 我不太喜歡拍照片 就沒有拍 可以的 可以選擇入住 地點方便 去哪裡溜達 基本都是2公里的範圍

This is a very touristy hotel. The transportation is convenient. Exit B of Qingnian Street Station of Metro Line 1 and 2 is directly connected to the hotel by the barrier-free elevator. The surrounding area is bustling with businesses and restaurants. The room is spacious and facing the street and very quiet. However, the bathroom is relatively small and the space is a bit cramped for a fat person. In addition, the hotel only has two washing machines, and one of them is broken. There is no independent dryer, which leads to long queues for laundry. But the front desk service is very good and takes the initiative to provide suggestions. The hotel's unlimited supply of bottled water is also a highlight and plus.

Second stay, just as good as before, the front desk and room service are good, free drinks and free supper during the May Day holiday, eight kinds of drinks are free in the room every day, very convenient. The room is also soundproofed, I didn't hear any noise from the next room for three nights, and I slept very well. The big bed I booked this time is not as big as the last time, it seems that the same room type, the last time was 2.5 meters, and there was no souvenir when I checked out this time, but overall it is still very good.

Because the room phone could not be connected, a male front desk service staff personally delivered several takeaways, which was very hard! The hot water in the room was also great!
