A definite 5-star recommendation! The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from Taiyuan Street and a short walk from the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. All your dining and shopping needs are easily met nearby. The hotel service truly deserves full praise. A big thank you to the staff working on the afternoon of August 16th, especially a lady at the front desk – my apologies for not remembering your name. The hotel breakfast offers an incredibly rich and varied spread, with authentic flavors that are both visually appealing and delicious. The gym is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The room facilities are luxurious. Although they show slight signs of age, this in no way diminishes their luxury or functionality. However, I would suggest the hotel implements a more thorough and regular cleaning schedule for some of the sofa upholstery. Additionally, the room layout could be further optimized. For example, regarding bed placement in family suites: while I understand the current design philosophy, I recommend reconfiguring some rooms to place both the large and small beds in the bedroom, thereby restoring the living room function. Furthermore, the food and service at the Tang Palace restaurant on the 6th floor are also excellent. Beyond a 5-star recommendation – this is my top choice when visiting Shenyang!

The hotel room is quite satisfactory, which can help to delay the check-out for free. The front desk is manned 24 hours a day, the service attitude is super good, the sanitation is very clean, the environment is particularly good, the geographical location is superior, the traffic is convenient, it is very convenient to go anywhere, especially good, it is recommended, the floor is very high, the landscape is very good, the sanitation is good, and the sound insulation is good.

The hotel is very good, the room is quite large, the dressing room is independent, and the curtains are remote controlled. But the facilities are indeed a bit outdated. Although some intelligent settings have been added later, the furniture is still relatively old. For example, the mirror in the bathroom is scratched and the hair dryer is old. But the health services are very good. The stay was very comfortable. The breakfast is also good. There is a small naughty castle in the restaurant where children can play after dinner without delaying the adults' meals. The restaurant and lobby are decorated in a grand style, with low traffic, and the experience is very good. It is very close to Shenfei and Beiling Park. You can get a shared scooter when you go out and the kids can ride it to visit. It is very happy. High cost performance, worth recommending.

I really loved the decor style of the Fengtianyuan Hotel rooms; staying there was very relaxing. They had a mini-fridge, a computer desk, or a bar area, and everything was clean and well-maintained. They also provided plenty of bottled water. There are many delicious night markets nearby with lots of great food options. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, even assisting us with luggage storage, which was a huge plus. I do have two small suggestions: 1. Please promptly repair any broken or malfunctioning door locks (room or bathroom) to avoid inconveniencing guests and affecting their stay. 2. It would be great if the breakfast selection could be more diverse, and please regularly check for any spoiled food. On our second day, I poured some soy milk but didn't drink it because it tasted off. Overall, if the hotel implements these two suggestions, I would gladly stay for a whole week, given enough holiday time. I wish Fengtianyuan Hotel all the best!

It's quite embarrassing to say. I was hanging out with my boyfriend, but when I checked his phone at the hotel I discovered that he had cheated on me. I immediately kicked him out. After all, we had been together for too long. I was really sad. I went downstairs to look for him and found that he was really gone. He had disappeared without a trace. Girls are too emotional. I was so sad that I burst into tears. The lady at the front desk of the hotel heard the noise and came over. She immediately helped me to the sofa. I was already in a half-conscious state from crying. I just felt like I was lifted up to the sofa. The lady at the front desk, Shi Yi, was really gentle because I was I was physically weak, so she let me lean on her shoulder to wipe my tears. I was crying and had a runny nose, and I wiped all of my tears onto her hands. She didn't dodge, and after I calmed down, she asked me what happened and advised me for a long time. She even added me on her WeChat. When she got off work, she was still worried about me, so she went to my room to comfort me for a long time and brought me a lot of snacks. Oh my god, she really spoiled me like my sister does at home. This stay in the hotel was really warm. Without Miss Shi Yi at the front desk of the Mehao Lizhi Hotel, I really don't know how I would have made it through it alone. I feel like I have been reborn since then, and I hope the hotel will do better and better.

The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night. The amenities were comprehensive, with plenty of hot water, powerful air conditioning, and even the toiletries were very useful. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious, and it was a heartwarming experience. Upon check-out, they even stored our luggage for free, allowing us to go about our business with peace of mind. What a thoughtful touch! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang. It's an excellent value and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Shenyang North Railway Station and just a stone's throw from the subway. The surrounding area is bustling with dining options, offering a wide variety of choices. Several establishments, including Siji Chenmian, are open 24 hours, which is incredibly convenient. If you get hungry late at night, you can enjoy a hot bowl of noodles within minutes. The front desk staff and other service personnel were all very pleasant – warm, witty, and polite. Now for the downsides. Firstly, the location is a double-edged sword. While it's incredibly convenient, it also means the area can be relatively noisy. Secondly, the hotel's interior decor is relatively dated. There are limited power outlets near the bed. The TV, with its analog signal and only a few channels, is largely ornamental. The central air conditioning also produces noise when switched on. While none of these are major concerns, they did, to some extent, impact the overall guest experience. Overall, considering the price, it offers good value for money. Hopefully, by my next visit to Shenyang, the hotel will have undergone some refreshing improvements!

This stay was a fantastic experience. The two beautiful front desk staff, Xiao Shuang and Hu Sisi, were very helpful and provided us with directions and subway information for places we wanted to go. Since we had two rooms that were not on the same floor and were unavailable, we extended our stay today and wanted to change room types. Xiao Shuang was very considerate and arranged for both rooms to be on the same floor. After completing the check-in process, they even thoughtfully used a robot to bring the room card up to us, saving us the trouble of going downstairs to get the card. It was very good 👍👍👍 Highly recommended! ! !
