The lady at the front desk is very patient and has a very good service attitude. She helps me time and time again. The room is also very spacious, the bed is comfortable, and you can cast a screen. It is too cold in Shenyang, so it is very comfortable to stay in the room.

The hotel windows face the community, which is well managed. It is very quiet to sleep at night. The pillows are comfortable and I slept well all night. room cleanliness, comfort and facilities is amazing. location is still one of the best, if not the best. hotel has two convenience stall at the lobby, located right next to taiyuan pedestrian street. the front desk staff are very helpful, especially 王佳 and ”小白白”, helping me with the transport arrangement to the airport, as we are a ”little” behind time. definitely will stay in this hotel if i am back to Shenyang.

I chose this historic hotel specifically when I came to Shenyang, and was really surprised by the antique decorations inside. The price was not expensive either. The bedding, tables and chairs in the room are all pretty good, but I still wonder if the bathroom could use a complete makeover. I was also mentally prepared, after all, it is an old hotel. But the bathroom in the room we stayed in smelled really bad. I can see that the floor drain has been sealed with a sealing bag, but it still can't change the unpleasant smell. The shower was also fixed and a bit dated! We both felt that such a good old hotel could really use some minor adjustments to the details. The experience will be better!
