All your dining and shopping needs are easily met nearby. The hotel service truly deserves full praise. A big thank you to the staff working on the afternoon of August 16th, especially a lady at the front desk – my apologies for not remembering your name. The hotel breakfast offers an incredibly rich and varied spread, with authentic flavors that are both visually appealing and delicious. The gym is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The room facilities are luxurious. Although they show slight signs of age, this in no way diminishes their luxury or functionality. However, I would suggest the hotel implements a more thorough and regular cleaning schedule for some of the sofa upholstery. Additionally, the room layout could be further optimized. For example, regarding bed placement in family suites: while I understand the current design philosophy, I recommend reconfiguring some rooms to place both the large and small beds in the bedroom, thereby restoring the living room function. Furthermore, the food and service at the Tang Palace restaurant on the 6th floor are also excellent. Beyond a 5-star recommendation – this is my top choice when visiting Shenyang!

I visit Shenyang around this time every year, and I always choose this hotel. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Breakfast is also delicious, and the hotel boasts a lovely, elegant ambiance. The location is fantastic; it's super convenient for Shenyang Station, and you can step right out to go shopping. With a supermarket and a coffee shop conveniently located downstairs, everything you need is right within reach. Highly recommended!

Somerset Heping Shenyang Review Fantastic location! Right in the heart of Heping District, with direct access to Metro Line 1. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Taiyuan Street shopping area, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment which was spacious and bright. The separate kitchen came with a full set of utensils, which was incredibly helpful for cooking my own meals during my week-long business trip. The washing machine was also a lifesaver for laundry. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and housekeeping was prompt every day. Breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options with fresh ingredients. The gym is open 24/7, perfect for fitting in a workout after work. Great value for money – I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Shenyang!

Picked the hotel as we were travelling by train. Just 3 mins from the train station and subway station, making it a very convenient location for commuting. Basic facilities expected of a Ibiz business hotel. Room kind of small but working condition. Breakfast is a bit of a let down on the setting and variety, but the price justified it. You need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the breakfast area - extra challenging during winter!

The location is not far from some scenic spots. The facilities in the building are good. Although the last room is arranged, it is very sunny, dry, and hot. It is not warm. My daughter is afraid of heat and can only turn off the cooling intermittently to fall asleep comfortably. It's good, better than cold and damp.
