The room looked quite clean and was close to the subway station, which was okay. The downside was that it didn't match the online promotion for Atour Hotel. This was my first time booking an Atour Hotel. I'd seen on various social media platforms that Atour Hotel had all sorts of snacks and other things, and there were also exquisite souvenirs when I left. However, when I actually checked in, there were only two bottles of water and two tea bags, nothing else. Also, unlike other hotels of the same price, there were no instant coffee, sugar packets, disposable lotion, small soaps, or anything like that. You need to use membership points or spend money to buy them. I felt that for 400 yuan a night, not including meals, the things offered were not as good as those offered by established hotels of the same price. Furthermore, you can't use points when booking a hotel through a third-party platform, while booking through the Atour mini-program can get you 20% off or something. I can say that I followed the trend and experienced Atour. I won't use filters anymore, haha.

All in all, a very good stay experience, great!

The high-rise buildings on the 24th and 25th floors have a wide view, allowing you to quietly enjoy the bustling city. The room is fully equipped with non-smoking facilities, ensuring a healthy stay. The hotel has abundant supporting facilities, especially the recreation center, which is a highlight! The indoor swimming pool has clear water and the fitness room is fully equipped. I would like to give special praise to the waiters Xiaoliang and Xiaohuang in the recreation center. Their professionalism and enthusiasm are very heartwarming. Xiaoliang Xiaoliang had a friendly smile throughout the whole process and provided meticulous service in every detail; the two waiters not only demonstrated their superb professional qualities, but also used their sincere attitude to make the recreational experience full of warmth, adding a strong touch to the hotel service! Overall, Shenyang Haiyun Jinjiang International Hotel has become an ideal choice for business travel and vacation with its superior location, complete facilities and humanized services. Very satisfied. I specifically asked the front desk for a room on a high floor. The scenery on the top floor is very good. The night view of Shenyang is beautiful. The hotel environment is also great. The facilities are very complete. There is also a phone in the toilet. I am not afraid of being embarrassed without paper. The dry and wet are separated. Don't worry about water flowing everywhere when taking a shower. There are bathrobes in the closet for use and the room is very clean. I love the scent of the toiletries! The service was in place. If I needed to send two bottles of water, I called the front desk and they were delivered to the room quickly. There is one WIFI per room so you don’t have to worry about slow internet speeds. The password is posted on the white box on the table, which is very considerate! I also like the decoration style very much, it looks like a four-star hotel. I will definitely book this hotel again next time!

The service at the Renaissance Shenyang was excellent. The gentleman who greeted us on the first floor was incredibly welcoming and had a great memory. He even remembered my visit last year. Among Marriott's hotels, Sheraton feels more business-like, while Marriott offers traditional luxury. The Renaissance offers both luxury and personal touches, paired with excellent service that makes you feel right at home. Some highlights: 1. There's a Starbucks coffee shop in the first-floor lobby, with discounts for in-house guests. 2. The bed was very comfortable and larger. Hotels like InterContinental are typically 1.1-1.2 meters wide, while the Renaissance's is 1.35-1.4 meters wide. 3. This hotel is a bit far from the city center and close to factories, so rates are higher Monday through Friday. Weekend discounts are available. If you're driving or have a car, this is a great value option.

The location is very good, it is convenient to go anywhere, there are 2 subway exits 1 km nearby, the hotel has its own parking lot, the number of parking spaces is limited, you can park in early, and the front desk will help find a parking space later, there are many places to eat nearby, because I want to eat hot pot, The hot pot restaurant introduced by the little girl at the front desk was very clean and delicious. The hotel room was small and controlled. It was very convenient and the space was enough. There was a self-service laundry room gym. The environment was good overall and the price was not expensive. Those with Capital Travel Card can book hotels through the mini program. You cannot enjoy gold card benefits when booking with Ctrip, such as check-out at 14:00. Late check-out booked on Ctrip requires payment by the hour, and the sleep quality is very poor. You can choose a room that is not facing the street. The rooms facing the street are on low floors and are still a bit noisy.

I like the room very much. The bedding is very good and worth the price. The washing machine in the laundry room is very clean. The aunt will help you dry your clothes, fold them and put them in bags.

The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

I didn't feel the indoor temperature rise when it was adjusted to 30℃. It may be because of the southeast-facing room and the two-year-old windows. The only thing that attracted me to stay was the underground parking lot. At the same price, the Atour Hotel is next to it. Although the room area is much smaller, I personally think the room facilities and bedding are more advantageous.
