Service: The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. I was extremely satisfied.

When guests raise questions, the hotel's lobby managers, Manager Tian and Manager Ding, will respond immediately and handle the problem from the guest's perspective, and do their best to handle it. The staff of the Western restaurant are also very patient and enthusiastic. At the same time, the hotel's bedding is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent. The overall experience is very nice and it is highly recommended!

The breakfast is very rich. It is very close to Zhongjie and the transportation is very convenient! The bed in the deluxe king room is 2.4 meters, which is very spacious for a family of three. Late checkout until 2 PM is available free of charge upon request. Just keep in mind that room cards automatically deactivate at 12 PM. So, if you have a late checkout, remember to reactivate your card at the front desk when you return from going out. The thoughtful little farewell gift was a very nice touch 🫶🏼.

You can also easily walk to the morning market, and after breakfast, both Zhangshi Mansion and the Shenyang Imperial Palace are just a short walk away. The hotel environment is excellent.
