A definite 5-star recommendation! The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from Taiyuan Street and a short walk from the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. All your dining and shopping needs are easily met nearby. The hotel service truly deserves full praise. A big thank you to the staff working on the afternoon of August 16th, especially a lady at the front desk – my apologies for not remembering your name. The hotel breakfast offers an incredibly rich and varied spread, with authentic flavors that are both visually appealing and delicious. The gym is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The room facilities are luxurious. Although they show slight signs of age, this in no way diminishes their luxury or functionality. However, I would suggest the hotel implements a more thorough and regular cleaning schedule for some of the sofa upholstery. Additionally, the room layout could be further optimized. For example, regarding bed placement in family suites: while I understand the current design philosophy, I recommend reconfiguring some rooms to place both the large and small beds in the bedroom, thereby restoring the living room function. Furthermore, the food and service at the Tang Palace restaurant on the 6th floor are also excellent. Beyond a 5-star recommendation – this is my top choice when visiting Shenyang!

I visit Shenyang around this time every year, and I always choose this hotel. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Breakfast is also delicious, and the hotel boasts a lovely, elegant ambiance. The location is fantastic; it's super convenient for Shenyang Station, and you can step right out to go shopping. With a supermarket and a coffee shop conveniently located downstairs, everything you need is right within reach. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel with shopping mall and a wonderful supermarket downstairs. Excellent service (on the first floor reception and upstairs staff were very helpful, polite and fast) clean, has cool bar, exquisite design and views, also there are some amazing restaurants. We enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed staying at the Westin hotel Shenyang. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the well appointed Gym. The hotel was 10 minutes walk to the Subway station and an additional 5 minutes to shopping centres Pizza hut and several other eating facilities. The only negative was the air conditioning we were unable to get the room cool and had to open the window to get relief from the heat. We didn't use the air-conditioning while we were there. The staff were very pleasant and helpful over our 2 nights stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Facilities: The hotel is good in both hard and soft furnishings. It's just a little old, not really new. But overall it's good Environment: It's convenient to go shopping next to K11, and the night view is also good. The biggest advantage of not being near the scenic spot is that it's very convenient to take a taxi and it's not noisy. Service: From the welcome at the door to the subsequent check-in experience, it's very good. Lena sent us to the room and gave the children refrigerator magnets. And took the initiative to add WeChat, so that you can contact us at any time if you need it. In general, whether it's location or service, Wanxin is really cost-effective. Picked the hotel as we were travelling by train. Just 3 mins from the train station and subway station, making it a very convenient location for commuting. Basic facilities expected of a Ibiz business hotel. Room kind of small but working condition. Breakfast is a bit of a let down on the setting and variety, but the price justified it. You need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the breakfast area - extra challenging during winter!

Perfect location when you do biz in Hunnan only. In and out from airport very convenient and the river makes it a worthwhile place after a busy day to calm down.

The environment of Hampton by Hilton Shenyang Station is very good, the lobby is bright and clean, the rooms are warm and comfortable, the facilities are complete, and it is very relaxing to stay there. The geographical location is excellent and travel is very convenient. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park, safe and worry-free, and is especially friendly to guests who drive themselves. The overall experience is very satisfactory, and the service of H at the front desk is also very thoughtful. I will choose here next time!

This was my second stay at Somerset Shenyang. The room was generously sized, ideal for families. Rooms were in high demand, likely due to the summer holiday. We checked in, left our luggage, and went out for lunch. It's completely understandable for it to be busy during peak season. The front desk staff were apologetic about the wait, which I appreciated. The location is fantastic for dining, being very close to Taiyuan Street. The room was very well-equipped, particularly with a washing machine and a large refrigerator, which made our two-day stay incredibly convenient. On my first visit, the room's facilities felt quite dated and were due for a renovation. This time, I was allocated a newly renovated room. Both have their own merits: the older rooms have a cozier vibe, whereas the renovated ones offer more smart features. The service is impeccable; I wouldn't keep coming back otherwise. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and even the restaurant were consistently enthusiastic and helpful, despite being very busy. Hygiene standards were good. I personally find managed serviced apartments more reliable and secure. Just my personal opinion.
