Traveled for a business appointment to Shenyang. Staff is very nice and super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately nobody speaks English, but this was no problem for me. All hotel areas including the room are very clean and very modern. Very nice Sadly the staff at the breakfast room didn't fill the coffee maschine with milk, so the cappuccino wasn't very satisfying. They blamed the "broken" maschine but actually only no milk was added. All in all it was a very good stay, even i had this small issue, i will definetly come back if I come to shenyang again!

This hotel is in a good location, accompanied by a welcoming staff that truly adds to the experience. Our room was clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the essential amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, fresh towels, slippers, and complimentary bottled water. What truly made our stay unique was the innovative room service! A robot delivered our food, an intriguing and fascinating experience that added an extra touch of modernity and excitement to our visit.

My second stay here. The first stay was fine, this time it was horrible. Booked a room for 12 days, not even once that they vacuumed the floor. Carpet is super dirty. Strong cigarette smell coming through the heater’s vent almost everyday and night. I coughed so much that my chest hurt and I had troubles breathing, so I had to check out early. Apparently they protect the indoor smokers in this hotel. I guess they won’t care until they are shown some medical bills. The “non-smoking room” sign is just for decoration. No fines, nothing. Will never come back again. Terrible stay. No, scratch that, it was disgusting.

The location was good, about 10 minutes walk from QingNianGongYuan metro station. All staff I met here were friendly and warm, and provided the service I asked for. The room was spacious and clean, with smart toilet bowl. The king-sized bed was super comfy. Breakfast was of good quality. Free, self-service laundry was of great convenience to travellers. They also provided free ice-cream and souvenirs.

After comprehensive consideration, I finally chose this hotel and overall I am very satisfied. The location of the hotel is very good. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Color TV Tower Night Market, and more than 10 minutes to the West Tower, Laobei City, Zhongjie Street and the morning market by taxi. There are many places to eat near the hotel, which is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, and the wireless charging on the bedside table is very convenient. The free ice cream on the first floor was a nice surprise.

The room is very cozy, I feel the soundproofing is quite good, comfortable and quiet, the hotel is very new, and I feel the location is also very good, very close to the Color TV Tower Night Market, a 10-minute walk, a taxi to the West Tower, and Middle Street is not far away. There is free ice cream at the front desk, and there is also a smart robot to deliver food. The service staff are also very gentle. There are also some simple entertainment equipment in the lobby, such as backgammon checkers, etc. There is also a small gym. Although I didn't go there, I saw it😀😀😀😀It's also very close to Chaoyang Station. I am very satisfied with this choice for this trip. If I come here again next time, I will continue to choose this place. Oh, and they also have slippers and toothbrushes for kids, which is really nice.

The design of the room is reasonable, and the transportation is convenient.
