非常不錯的入住體驗，以後來瀋陽玩，還會選擇這裏，交通方便，下樓就是地鐵，停車也方便，有免費的停車場。樓下商家店鋪非常多，樓下有一家餐廳特別好吃。

＃房間寬敞＃＃價格划算＃＃位置好＃位置很好，地鐵口附近以及也有很多商圈 kfc 等，也比較安靜在周邊算高樓，能看到整個瀋陽還是很不錯的。整體服務很好以及衞生都很不錯，下次也值得再來回住。總體來説就是很不錯。

過了好久了，才想起來評價！華寓公寓是一家可以看電影的酒店，影音酒店效果很好，立體聲環繞，畫畫清楚，衞生良好！床品乾淨。床舒服！睡眠好！有需要住宿的可以來種草！

衞生做的不好👎牀頭櫃的第二層居然看到了前任住客的yin毛！衞生間進去發現浴巾架上的浴巾居然是潮濕的，不知道是上一任客人用完的還是怎麼回事！毛巾洗完澡拿起來想擦頭髮，一股煙味兒，估計是前任客人在衞生間裏抽煙之後染上的，保潔阿姨看沒動就沒更換。淋浴的下水簡直慢到髮指，洗到一半的澡，水就已經漫過拖鞋和腳背了……公寓所在的位置倒是非常便利，出門就是地鐵站，樓下便利店和超市好幾家，晚上還有夜市，吃飯非常方便。床墊睡起來也挺舒服，就是衞生和下水建議改進！

一個房間住了一天洗了一次澡 不下水 下水道下水慢 地漏打開之後下水道臭味往上翻臭味 換了一個房間也一樣 整個房間都是公廁味 我再也不會來這住了
