屋子小，整體酒店就像是用小區的什麼二層設施改造的，房間數量也少，我住的房間有臭味，排風扇跟坦克戰車是的嗡嗡的，跟工作人員反應説都這樣，我住的還算是最好的，無語了，想反正都是一晚上，在外邊多溜會，早上早起點就這樣吧

服務：不是星級酒店住不起，而是此店住宿更有性價比！！！老闆和老闆娘不能説是熱情，那應該用東北話講是嘎嘎熱情！
自駕過去的，大早上起來輪胎缺氣。老闆親自去等着修理廠開門然後回來叫我又親自領我去檢查車況，真是熱情到我都不好意思了！
耐心給推薦周圍經典和美食，而且還詳細告訴如何坐公交。
環境：環境可以，可以接受！
衞生：房間乾淨整潔
設施：能夠滿足正常需求

奔着網評中“老闆人很好”選擇的落腳點。老闆人真的很好，熱情周到，介紹景點，美食到位。房間性價比很高，一家三口住，滿夠。賓館位於小區內，有很多免費車位，離景點都很近，去哪都方便。強烈推薦，下次來瀋陽，還會選擇這家。

性價比高。房間乾淨整潔，被品乾淨衞生，衞生間清潔無異味。晚上休息很安靜，樓下就有早餐飯店商店，而且離公交站特別近，老闆人特別好，親自到是地鐵站接送，特別暖心，如果再來瀋陽一定會繼續選住逸景商務賓館！

不是星級酒店住不起，而是這家更有性價比。位置屬於市中心範圍，去瀋陽故宮，大帥府，中街，小河沿早市等等都比較近。老闆是百事通，服務很熱情。樓下的早餐經濟實惠，味道好！自駕到瀋陽，停車免費，房間精緻，設施設備齊全，乾淨衞生，我們訂的家庭房，一家住着挺温馨的。來了瀋陽，這家酒店值得推薦，真心推薦。
