I suspect that the justification for the condition of this property will be the low price, however, I would not advise reserving this.
We were unable to sleep after our flight due to the room being filled with insects. We arrived late at night and the “24 hour reception” which was listed on the application was actually just an older Chinese man yelling through is phone attempting to direct us to our room. The host never sent room number, reception instructions, or even direct us to where the room was. I was a bit suspicious of the condition of the property and so I attempted to visit it ahead of time and instead of showing me the rooms, the owner simply showed me a couple photos; understandably, his explanation was that the rooms were all occupied.
Would strongly recommend against booking this property as it most likely just a tourist trap.
The owner appeared to be friendly but he should seriously consider the requisite quality required of a hotel or apartment property before ever attempting to list it on trip.com.
