好評不知道哪來的。叫酒店式公寓實際就是農家院配置，完全配不上這個房價。裝修，牆壁窗户窗簾等細節如圖，用品如圖能不用都避免用，馬桶歪的坐上就各種晃蕩，房間有異味，房間裏手機信號差，WiFi信號更差，離開客廳完全用不了，電視沒遙控器開不了，就算能開這個信號估計也沒法看。窗簾又薄又透，卧室還沒空調特別悶熱，開窗又特別吵，沒法睡覺。弄倆床就搞成兩居室價格，甚至比條件好的兩居室民宿價格高。價格與服務嚴重不符。

房主服務很好
如果開車就不要來了，樓下沒有免費停車位，衹有一個**的佳兆業停車場，我停了16小時收了我89元停車費。走遍了中國，停遍了停車場。這佳兆業的停車收費是我見過最**的收費方式。以後，也不會去佳兆業逛街了。

地面有浮塵，茶几的大理石枱麪是碎的，使用的時候一不小心就裂開，很容易傷人，而且一個茶几腿是掉落的。被子是潮潮的，有一股沒曬乾的味道，且被罩有窟窿。入住時，管家讓加微信，私下要按金，請大家避雷吧

房間乾淨，桌面櫃麪沒有塵土，床品也挺乾淨的，但我還是帶了一次性床品。洗澡夠方便，水壓也夠，衞生間乾淨無異味，入住當天發現馬桶壞了，不能沖水，報修後沒能及時解決問題，還好能用電水壺接水沖，衹住兩晚，不介意了。延了兩個小時退房，收了50延時費，可以接受。佳兆業的地理位置非常好，離地鐵近，打車方便，樓下有商場有盒馬，下樓右轉買早點也方便。性價比很高了，下次去瀋陽還選佳兆業！忙忙叨叨的沒拍房間，看看瀋陽故宮和西塔的廣藏市場吧

房間很乾凈，設施齊全，客服態度超級好，答覆秒回，帶母親來看病每次來都住她家，離醫院很近步行10分鐘左右就到了，樓下早上有早市買東西吃早飯都很方便

我是從地鐵2號線工業展覽館C口出來的，走了大概10分鐘吧。酒店在佳兆業C座，周圍有很多吃的，打電話溝通後在信箱拿鑰匙很快就進房間了。房間尚可，衞生一般，熱水充足。總體感覺性價比還可以。
