Very good location. 6-7 km to food street and also not far from guaibo ski place. The hotel staff is very nice at helping book the ski place as well. Call taxi is not that hard🩷 view from my room is nice.

The ataff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean.But we had an uncomfortable stay. We booked two rooms. It was really hot during our stay (summer) but the airconditioners were not working well. We didnt sleep well. I guess the hotel is old and the ACs as well. You can’t open the windows otherwise you’ll invite bugs inside. Breakfast was OK but they could do better with coffee selection amd bread. It was quiet and peaceful around the vicinity of the hotel. Just bring some insect repellants.

The weather is cold this year. The room is ok, but the heating inside the hotel is obviously insufficient, especially in the breakfast area. Many foods are cold, and the room cleaning every day is not very attentive. The snow scenery outside the hotel is pretty good
