A little hard to find the building, but the staff helped me to find it. This is a self service apartment and not a hotel. The facilities is very good and the apartment is very spacious, big enough for a family. However, there is no restaurant there so one needs to go outside to find food or cook yourself. It's self catering. Otherwise the apartment is good value for money.

The check-in process is a bit challenging for foreigners. However, the receptionist was helpful and helped with the check-in procedure. Additionally foreigners need to provide personal information in an Excel file, which is bothersome.
The kitchen covers were pretty dirty, the outside looked good.
Location is great, a lot of restaurants are around the apartment, a 24 hour convenience store is next to the house and the metro station is nearby.
