房間較大，衞生間乾濕分離，遭遇降温房間空調可以，前台服務人員很友善，交通便利，對面就是婦嬰醫院，周圍吃的東西較多。

房間環境很不錯，服務不錯，設備齊全，距離中街旅遊景點近，方便，但是不隔音，睡眠效果不佳。要是提供早餐就好了。

酒店整體還不錯，早餐的咖啡是速溶的不太好，不是現磨的，愛好咖啡人士可能會介意，機器人服務比較先進周到，房間地面打掃得不夠乾淨，叫阿姨重新拖了幹了還是灰塵頭髮肉眼可見

第三，我續住回來以前的卡不能用，也沒有人通知我，本來我雙腳就疼痛，我來回上下跑換卡就更上火，你們整個酒店給我感覺真的太一般太差勁

真的不得不説一説這家酒店了 簡直是我住過最差的一家希岸了 前台辦入住時是一個男的 服務一點態度都沒有 問他什麼都不知道給我們安排的房間如圖 希岸難道就是這樣的標準嗎 真的環境也太差了 真的是活久見 服務不行 硬件設施也不行 開始開的房間就是圖片所示 我找到前台給我們換了房間也沒有道歉 有個大叔告訴我們就是這樣的房間就是這樣的檔次不一樣分檔次的 我出來住酒店難道最起碼乾淨的地面都沒有嗎請問 真的是搞笑告訴我就是這樣的 你自己會住嗎請問 我花着錢難道是為了住這樣環境的嗎？

酒店不錯經濟實惠，在五愛市場附近，離小河沿早市近，走幾分鐘就到了，離小南教堂、大帥府也挺近的，再到故宮、中街非常方便
