I’ve changed my room for the second time
Room is suppose to be a non smoking room but it’s too smelly and request to change from room 1308 and 1310
And then change to level 1203 but then internet problem then change to room 1210 which is fully covered with smoking smell again
Unbelievable how come people still smoke despite the signage’s

It's really hard to comment on the standard hair dryer. I've stayed in so many hotels and never seen such a bad one. I contacted the front desk and it took a long time to find a good one. The toilet exhaust didn't work. I contacted the front desk and they said they would come to fix it in five minutes, but they waited for twenty minutes and it still didn't come. The slippers were very small, but the rest was pretty good.
