看了攜程酒店宣傳圖片，參考了評價去的。到了酒店晚上11點了主動出示證件並告知攜程預訂房間，前台兩位客服愛理不理，給我們安排的房間真的一言難盡，房間內地毯到處污漬，一股嚴重的黴味，房間頂部還有蜘蛛網，牆上還有兩處蟲子，太噁心了，衞生間門套地面還腐爛發黴，淋浴房洗澡水都排不出去，直接外面流出來，房內設施都是又老、又舊，還破損。跟評價描述不符，一點性價比都沒有。

這次到瀋陽在選擇酒店時首先考慮是方便停車和靠近北陵公園，這兩點都能達到的首選瀋陽賓館，停車位充足，酒店到北陵公園東門衹需步行五分鐘，超級滿意。另外，酒店服務很好，前台服務也很好，我在沒有到達時，家裡寄來的快遞，前台幫忙收取，很讓人放心。酒店房間寬敞，衞生間有浴缸，要説不足就是酒店年代久遠，有些設施需要換新了，床頭處可以增加插座，方便手機充電。

院子大好停車，周邊大小飯店都有，旁邊就北陵東門，北陵售票時間早七晚五，早晚在裏面散散步挺好

停車很方便，因為訂的晚，所以沒有早餐，近北陵公園，早七點前可以去溜達，但是因為酒店年頭太久，所以房屋設施比較老舊！工作人員很熱情！

酒店很老，設施陳舊，牆壁破損，衞生也一般般。位置倒還好，在公園旁邊，但時間緊張也沒能進去逛逛。出差臨時住了一晚。

瀋陽賓館年頭有些久了，房間內設施有些陳舊，有老賓館的影子，一晚房費350元，還沒有早餐。第二天早上才知道，原來這裏週末辦婚宴的很多，所以酒店不差入住客人那幾個早餐錢。周圍環境還是很棒的，出行也很方便。這次是會員活動，在裏面的捲雲牧場，所以直接選擇住在這裏，活動方便。後來的團餐也安排在這裏，還不錯，有婚宴的水準。

之前看評價説老舊一般，沒想到過去後發現其實是不錯的，尤其是五一期間這個價格，去後有物超所值的感覺。地理位置非常好，有超大停車場，出門就是北陵公園，周邊也有吃飯的地方，非常滿意！
