100多的房間，有預設不咋的，床單被套不配套都起球了，紗窗都是漏的，風扇一開就嗡嗡響，但沒想到這麼…..我都能忍 ，我們開了一天車太累了，懶得換地方了，我們自己帶了四件套，但是定的是1.8床 ，一看是1.5的床就受不了，打電話和房主説，人家説不好意思 ，都滿了？這關我什麼事啊！我定的是1.8床！聽過升房的，沒見過降的啊！

去瀋陽出差，正好在鐵西區辦事，就選擇了他們家，首先是房間面積還不小，小區的環境也很漂亮，住在裏面非常安靜。性價比也不錯。

挺好的，有冰箱洗衣機用着方便，周邊餐飲便利店多出行便利，價錢合適，帶孩子老闆比較貼心的給加了床。 不足的地方是缺少桌椅，房間內用餐不方便

異味:房間老舊,散發黴味、地面臟舊,散發異味、房間的煙味很重、下水道的異味溢出、房間通風不暢。內部噪音:牆壁隔音差、門窗隔音差、空調噪音大。沒有一次性用品，床品異味，應該是沒有換過，沒有洗漱用品。小公寓室內環境太差，沒有一次性用品，各處是抹布，所謂大陽台涼着散發臭味的抹布和床單。開發票要税點，強制多開。不要還不行，強賣強賣。請慎重選擇。平台上的好評應該是他自己刷出來的。
