I needed an extra pillow late at night, and the waiter delivered it within 5 minutes as soon as I hung up the phone! I forgot to print the document when I left the hotel, and the front desk lady helped me without saying a word, and carefully put it in an envelope and handed it to me. There was also a concierge at the entrance of the hotel who greeted us warmly and guided us to check in and help with the luggage
