第一次入住漢庭三枱子地鐵站酒店，感覺接待服務很好。前台接待人員禮貌熱情，辦理入住很快速！大堂裝修簡潔亮堂，很喜歡的顏色風格！入住客房感覺房間很大，整體衞生間浴室設計很緊湊但功能方便！床上用品乾淨衞生，感覺很可心！這家新裝修的酒店確實不錯！樓層沒啥異味，感覺很好！早餐營養豐富，孩子喜歡的餛飩很愛吃！餐廳服務人員服務很到位，喜歡這家酒店餐廳的餐品！酒店位置方便，離高端大商場萬象滙很近，購物娛樂特好！出行也方便，附近有地鐵站，酒店後面有方便的停車場，酒店還靠近一級馬路主幹道！中午快退房時，孩子困着睡著了，跟前台人員溝通，工作人員善意的幫我解決情況！感謝前台接待人員的高質量服務！入住感覺很開心，有機會還會選擇這家酒店入住！

高中考試在學校附近定個鐘點房，提前一個星期在攜程交款預訂，但是考試頭一天酒店通知我退房，酒店的解釋是當天考試好多人定全天的，讓我鐘點房取消。後來通過攜程客服溝通才同意給我留房，非常感謝客服小董！對商家稍微有點失望！
