It is only a few minutes away from the train station, with a beautiful environment, a magnificent lobby, pleasant fragrance, clean and comfortable rooms, and beds of moderate hardness. Supervisor Huo and Manager Zhang came to visit and asked about my living experience. They also gave me a bathtub cover, toilet cover, free water, and a bath salt ball. They also introduced me to nearby delicacies. The service is super considerate. This hotel is worth recommending.

I stay in different hotels every week when I come to Shenyang, and this one is the most satisfactory one. Whether it is the sanitary conditions, breakfast quality or front desk service, it is all five-star service. Will definitely come again next time.

It is fair to say that this hotel surprised me. The air conditioner in the hotel blows natural air, not hot air. I have confirmed it with the front desk and the room service staff. Not to mention how many stars the hotel is, the air conditioners in express hotels can blow hot air. Sure enough, I caught a cold after sleeping all night. I called the front desk and they sent a hot air blower to the room. The small hot air blower can't power the whole room. I think it has nothing to do with the staff but the management of the hotel. In addition, the sanitation is not in place, there are all kinds of water stains, and the table is not clean. I won't talk about it. There are more than one person on May Day. I don't expect it to be very good. Attached are two pictures. It's not very dirty, but I feel that the sanitation is not cleaned properly wherever I look.

Lili at the front desk provided very good service. Check-in was fast. She arranged a non-smoking floor for me, which improved my living experience. The TV in the room did not work well. Account manager Pan Lin promptly called the engineering department to help solve the problem quickly and sent an apology fruit. The housekeeping sister (I don't know her name) provided thoughtful service and was very careful. Overall, good reviews! There were a lot of snacks downstairs at night, which was very convenient. The only drawback was that the charging socket at the bedside was a bit far away, which needs to be improved!

Xiaoliang Xiaoliang had a friendly smile throughout the whole process and provided meticulous service in every detail; the two waiters not only demonstrated their superb professional qualities, but also used their sincere attitude to make the recreational experience full of warmth, adding a strong touch to the hotel service!
