凱萊酒店是瀋陽的重要回憶，新張營業，剛好過來瀋陽出差，果斷選擇入住。驚艷了我的感覺！整體清新淡雅脱俗，整體白色簡約的風格！處處顯出業主的細緻，貼心的設計！温泉，電動窗簾，加熱的馬桶，乳膠枕頭，貼心的被褥，温馨床頭射燈，舒適的拖鞋，床墊很舒服很舒服！

人多訂的套房，房間很大想回家了一樣。酒店新裝修的，設施都很新，前台和保潔阿姨態度都很好
就在北站南廣場對面，交通方便可以延遲退房躺到火車出發時間再下樓
樓頂的小火鍋很好吃很方便，聚餐完直接下樓就能睡覺很贊

週末帶家裡長者到瀋陽轉轉，就訂了晚上很晚時間到瀋陽北站的高鐵。
瀋陽北站南廣場出來，走路不到10分鐘就可以到，建議酒店燈牌更換成紅色的，現在是藍色的，不是很顯眼。更遠處的其他酒店都可以一眼看到，凱萊酒店的藍色燈牌就得仔細找。
酒店大堂在23層，雖然已經很晚了，但服務人員很職業，而且也很熱情。
房間裏面有浴缸，馬桶也是智能的，吹風機個頭兒小功率大，床頭的充電口也比較齊全，牙刷也是小頭兒軟刷，這些都是不錯的設施細節。
不過電視機雖然大，但是網絡信號不太好，內容大多數都播放不出來，電視直播也是一直卡。
淋浴間裏面用品是大瓶裝，前一個住客的頭髮還留在上面，希望以後能打掃的更仔細一些。

房間佈局很意外，正規酒店浴缸就在睡床旁邊，感覺有些像情侶酒店。服務熱情非常有禮貌，賓至如歸感滿滿。
餐廳與大堂同層，感覺面積不是很大，就覺得早餐也不會太豐富吧，結果很意外，很豐盛，主要是味道非常好。
説一個小細節，客房樓層的電梯前室都有一桌免費礦泉水，當你準備出去辦事或遊玩時，可以方便你隨時拿取，這一點很好，點贊。

重新開業之後的凱萊早餐依然很豐富，乾淨衞生，服務員也非常熱情，一進大堂就能感覺到裝修的很用心❤️，客房也非常先進了，智能馬桶，還是大電視看起來非常過癮，前台也很熱情，下次來瀋陽還是會繼續選擇凱萊。

設施：因為是今年剛裝修的，整體都很新，設備也很不錯！入住了這麼多酒店唯一一個看電視覺得最舒服的
衞生：衞生整理的也很好，很整潔，雖然是新裝修的但是沒有任何難聞的味道
環境：周圍配套設施很齊全，出門就是北站，就很棒
服務：房間少了被子，中途有朋友要來直接過來幫忙鋪了新的被子服務很周到
也感謝前台小姐姐幫忙郵寄的快遞

新店環境不錯，最主要是乾淨、衞生。很新潮、很智能。前台服務員很熱情，早餐餐廳環境感覺像網紅，早餐品種繁多，有食慾，挺有煙火氣。聽服務員説中午、晚上還有肥牛火鍋吃，可惜着急走了沒吃上。

北站下車，過馬路就到了，地理位置極好，下樓就有地鐵站，交通四通八達。酒店內乾淨整潔，窗明幾凈，適合出差或者家人出行，附近餐飲，休閑，娛樂配套完善。前台有酒精棉片，口罩等便攜物品，屋內供應飲用水，客用品一客一換，很舒心，前台入住很順暢，服務也很貼心，超值！

此次出行酒店房間帶給我了一個不小的驚喜！提前在網上預訂了浴缸温泉大床房，價格真的驚喜，295元就能享受臨窗大浴缸，24小時温泉水，酒店設施特別新，客房大堂裝修豪華整潔，服務員微笑服務，讓人感覺很貼心.在北站這位置交通太方便了。泡着浴缸看着城市的風景，身心特別放鬆。
