Nice location with a view, big rooms. Clean and comfortable. Super love the huge bath tub with a view. Friendly staff and great service. Location is pretty good also.

Hotel location was central and nearby local amenities. Very comfortable bed and the reception staff had some English sleazing staff that made communication easier. The steam room was out of service and recreation facilities could do with a face lift as post pandemic travel returns.

Great hotel, good location. Reasonably priced and close to the U.S. Consulate. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and tasty cookies. Will stay there again.

房間挺寬敞，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，健身房器材齊全適合不同人羣，環境整潔，入住雖有點小插曲也完美解決！房間有服務員原原（名字可能有誤）手寫得歡迎入住等温馨提醒，床上還用毛巾摺疊歡迎娃娃，很可愛得，感謝你給得五一假期的儀式感和温馨！酒店的曲奇餅乾🍪很好吃😋

五一住了五個晚上，總體挺好的。酒店硬件設施不錯，床很舒服。服務也很好，反應很快。七樓的健身房和泳池住店客人可以免費去的，還有歡迎禮物曲奇餅乾。地理位置很好，去中街，西塔，小南，小河沿都很近，打車起步價都能到，挺滿意的。

設施：設施非常不靠譜！下午5點辦理入住發現房間非常熱，始終在28度左右徘徊，開了空調製冷或者通風都不行後跟酒店反映，酒店就派人來開了窗，其實就一道縫。此時，走廊和室外温度都低於室內。出去逛了一圈，想晚上回來總會降温的，結果回來後室內依舊很熱，空調根本不行，吹出來的都是熱風，室內已近30度，再三要求下，晚上十點多酒店才在倉庫翻了個空調扇送過來，但聲音很吵，降温效果一點都不好，就屬於那種不開熱死，開了吵死，一晚上都沒睡好。
衞生：酒店衞生一般，因為比較老了，洗手枱上積年的水漬擦也擦不乾淨，地毯上也沒吸乾淨。
服務：服務一般，酒店對於空調這個問題處理效率太低，早餐非常一般，遠不值得期待，而且早餐時間快要結束但未結束時，在有客人用餐的情況下，居然把餐廳的燈就關了。。。
總結下來，一點都沒有希爾頓該有的環境和服務，跟老式商務酒店沒什麼區別。。。。
