性價比超好的一家公寓！首先，地段不錯，價格不貴，周邊吃喝玩樂購一應俱全，非常方便！其次，房間配置很有技術含量，全都是智能家電，衹需一聲“小愛同學”所有電器隨時聽候調遣，趣味十足！再次，屋內衞生乾淨整潔，茶具、茶包、咖啡，老闆小姐姐都用心的備好了，坐在窗前的“炕”上，在炕桌上泡上一壺香茶，旅途的疲憊被就立即煙消雲散了！非常值得表揚，祝生意興隆，以後再到瀋陽落腳，必須來這家“上炕”！

真的是強烈推薦哈！我是過來瀋陽面試簽證的，這個地離大使館200m距離，就在隔壁樓，太方便了！簡歐風格，全屋智能家居，一聲“小愛同學”，全屋智能操控。早餐超級合胃口，重點是小姐姐每天早上7點半送到門口，服務一級棒。需要什麼給小姐姐發個微信，立馬滿足。還給我推薦附近好吃的店，非常nice啊！這個價位簡直了！性價比真的太高了！

過來辦簽證的，臨時換了一下房間要求，店主會打電話確認需求，也會當天詢問何時到店，臨時問店主要了口罩，房間很大很大，這個飄窗簡直是一絕，建議飄窗上的墊子可以整厚一點，擱骨頭得很，窗外的景色簡直是啊。。。沒有語言形容了，不吵不悶，我很喜歡，哈哈哈哈哈，下次還會再來的，已經在漢庭商務房的標準房之上了，還有冰箱和鍋可以熱飯，真的很適合多住幾天。

因為來瀋陽匆匆兩天時間，就想着訂個性價比的住宿，我已經做好心理準備，應該會是個比較陳舊的民宿，結果是真出乎咱的意料，環境乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，房間設施咱可以説比🏨🏨🏨酒店還新（沒有一點誇張），來瀋陽旅遊，簽證，找他家就對了.希望能一直保持下去，祝生意興隆！

非常滿意的居住體驗。舍內敞亮乾淨，洗漱用品，WiFi，字台枱燈和基礎設施齊全，家居家電——洗衣機電冰箱電視機，沙發茶几一應俱全。住了兩天，早餐健康營養。服務態度很好，下樓接待客人。離沈圖地鐵站b口步行幾分鐘，超級方便。

驚喜，非常開心選擇了這家公寓民宿，房間很乾凈，比酒店更有家的感覺，有洗衣機，可惜衹住一晚都沒機會用上。位置非常贊，離地鐵站、公交車站都很近，可以滿足我所有市裡的公共交通出行要求，非常便利。旁邊有商城、圖書館還有個廣場，從窗子望出去視野開闊景色很棒！服務周到，若是以後再來瀋陽會再預訂！

大半夜辦理入住的，店家也超級耐心。房間好得超出想象，廁所好乾凈而且設備齊全，床單被褥也潔白嶄新，燈光很亮堂。房間挺大還有個飄窗，瞅着心情就好。辦公還有個學習桌，貼心配備了護眼枱燈。説是酒店式公寓其實已經完全是酒店的標準了！而且比起酒店還有洗衣機和烹飪鍋，簡直完美（個人覺得比佳兆業那邊的公寓要好太多了，在另一邊踩雷，半夜“逃難”過來的）

這個酒店，乾淨衞生，配備齊全。尤其那衞生間洗澡間，特別乾淨，寬敞。晚上睡覺很安靜。老闆人很好，隨和有素質！打電話諮詢位置後，還在樓下接我。下次來瀋陽，一定還住這裏！性價比高，房間熱水，水壓，也特別好。發一個晚上的街景，房間沒拍全。整體很有檔次。

完全是出於對賓館經營者的尊重，在此評價。
價位很便宜，設施非常全，衞生情況至少三星賓館。位置特別適合去辦理簽證的人，手機等不讓帶的放賓館，帶着資料走路3分鐘就到使館了。
旁邊的圖書館可以坐在裡邊看書，不需要辦借閲證。
希望生意興隆，抱歉沒有拍賓館照片。
