I booked a hotel for the concert. The location is very convenient. It is just outside Exit B of the Olympic Sports Center. It is next to Shenyang Garden City Shopping Mall. It is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. It is about a kilometer walk from the Olympic Sports Center Stadium. The room facilities are complete.

第一次來瀋陽，首先選擇全季是它的衞生環境是我的第一考量，接下來的幾天給我的感覺都非常的nice。我一個南方人來到東北瀋陽天氣很乾，太乾了。每天鼻子都紅紅的血絲。跟房間阿姨説能不能給我多一些水，房間阿姨説可以管夠，天哪！這也太好了吧，每天我的水都夠喝。全季的打掃的阿姨每天見到我都會很開心的對我説“您好啊”我瞬間心情開心起來，誰不喜歡出門就看見笑容呢。再説一下我特別喜歡的早上餐廳的阿姨，第一天説幫我調的麪湯麪汁好吃，每天都會給我調好等着我，這樣一位對熱情的工作的阿姨必須給她點贊。這樣促使了我果斷的辦了全季的金卡會員。這樣早餐每天都能見到這麼熱情的阿姨。必須給她留張工作熱情的照片，我會記着美好的事情發生。瀋陽這座寒冷又帶給我温暖的城市，給我留下美好的印象！謝謝全季的服務！（提個小意見，希望能為南方的朋友準備一點加濕器，因為房間太乾了，真是不適應這樣的乾燥）下次出門我還是會選擇全季的！！！

第一天入住還很正常，第二天就奇葩了。淋浴間沒有打掃也就算了。晚上回酒店想洗個熱水澡，水就是不熱，愣是洗個涼水澡，然後就感冒了。打了前台三遍電話，保安上來兩遍，就説多放放水。水温都沒有我手熱，放多少有用。最後也沒解決，這是我住過最差的酒店，也是我住過全季最差的酒店了。敦化，丹東，大連，瀋陽，這家最差。

作為一個很少些評價的人，第一次寫差評，關於這次預訂的體驗感極差。因為突然要來瀋陽辦事且就在花園城a座，所以定了最近的全季。考慮到已經晚上八九點了，預訂後立即諮詢酒店可否留房間的問題。幸虧當時諮詢了，告知我定的房型不符合我的要求，需要退掉重新定xx房型。我説可以。當時在高速上，我也依然照做了，退掉重定了他説的房型，然後又致電酒店留房，前台告知：剛才叫我定的房型又剩一間了，是在拐角的，不想住這個還需要再次退掉重定。前後不過幾分鐘，她讓我定的房型就沒了，耍人呢。因為在高速上，並且已經退過重定一次，就和前台協商。可是前台告知我，讓我下單其他家。全季家的前台説附近的其他家又便宜又新。換了一個前台接電話也是如此，還是讓我去定別人家。態度非常不好。很差的一次入住體驗。後面還是攜程客服幫忙退掉重新定，為了住一晚退了兩次定了三次才成功入住。
