Room was clean, service was friendly and always available.
Biggest issue is that this room is extremely hot. I have no idea why. It seems that heat emanates from the floor, and there is nothing you can do to cool it down other than to open the windows. The room has an AC unit, but it does not work. When I asked the room service to help me get the AC to work, she had no idea how to operate it and after ten minutes of fumbling with the remote she told me to "just wait, it will work eventually". It did not work the entire five days I was there.
I would recommend this room to anyone who can sleep in a very hot environment.

The location is very convenient, very close to Shenyang North Station Middle Street. The room is very clean, the sheets and quilts are all new, and the disposable items are very complete. I stayed nearby for many days recently and changed to several B&Bs. Yesterday I switched to this Shenyang Huayu duplex hotel apar**ent. It's really amazing and very cost-effective. The interior is neat and clean, and the 11th floor I chose has plenty of light. The bedding is changed after every guest and is clean and hygienic. The two large beds in a duplex structure are perfect for sleeping peacefully despite the snoring of your companions. The front desk service is friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. Renew for three days and it will still be your first choice again.
