The environment is good, the bathroom environment is also very good

住了兩天很不錯，酒店很好看，拍照也很出片，在瀋陽站對面，從走廊往外看，能看到瀋陽站的燈影，很好看，像回到了熱鬧的奉天城。雖然外面就是馬路，但房間隔音很不錯，關上門很安靜。設施看得出時間的痕跡，有用心在維護，床很舒服，沒有別的酒店的消毒水味，躺床上就睡著了。追求性價比可以住現代房，想體驗一把穿越可以住民國房，適合各種要求和體驗。酒店還提供旗袍打卡拍照，在酒店各個角落拍照，都像一出民國大戲，強烈推薦！

酒店整體裝修風格是民國風，也免費送服裝可在店內自拍，建議後續增加可借用的自拍槓，不然向我一樣一個人出行的話，就沒辦法享受這個優惠，沒辦法感受酒店獨特裝修和免費提供服裝的優勢了。酒店的服務很好，我選的這個價位的房間，裝修什麼的會比其他的差一些，一分錢一分貨嘛。交通非常便利，門口就是地鐵口，早餐店也很多，總體還是很滿意的。

前台的服務人員態度非常好，會推薦好吃的地方，酒店很有特色，推薦住在文物樓，設施不是很新，但是都很好用，房間也很大，衞生條件也很不錯，出行非常方便，下樓就是1號線c出口，非常方便，推薦！裏面拍照打卡也很出片，推薦！

首先説一下其他評價裏提及的洗澡水的問題，確實需要放水，但真沒二十分鐘那麼誇張，五分鐘的樣子，且接下來基本不用放水了，水温也可以調得很熱～～
民國風尚標間兩大兩小入住完全不擁擠，還有一個貴妃榻，全屋復古裝修，燈和櫃子也是復古細節滿滿，最讚的是室温正好，不會熱得受不了！交通極其便利，出門30米即地鐵；吃喝玩極其便利，萬象滙萬達各色小吃距離酒店50米；對面是瀋陽站，建築有特色。有免費衣服髮飾等可以拍照，酒店內處處可出片！單方面宣佈以後來瀋陽還住1912！！

民國風換裝（旗袍）打卡拍照，長期有效:
換裝打卡了，挺好玩，就是可選的衣服太少啦，顏色也素，我們家有個中學生穿着就比較顯老。
設施：基本的熱水暖氣都沒問題，也有電視台可看，住的還是挺舒服的。洗手枱有點矮，馬桶蓋沒阻尼孩子放下的時候手滑總是啪嗒響。
服務：沈鐵文旅的，服務規範又暖心，有客人退出房間就給我們辦提前入住，前台有熱茶，臨走還送小朋友不老林糖果，進出不忙的都打招呼。
環境：民國風，純天然，文物樓，晚上亮了燈效果更好，和對面瀋陽站的彩燈交相輝映非常有情調。
衞生：其他差評中反映的問題我家都沒遇上，該打掃的都打掃乾淨了，地毯牆縫那種灰我覺得問題不大，畢竟瀋陽哪哪都是土。

套房空間大，有兩個衞生間，兩人入住很寬敞。意外的是入住了瞿秋白曾住過的房間，非常驚喜☺入住的是文物樓，整體就是民國風，超級出片。而且地理位置很好，就在瀋陽站正對面，地鐵口旁邊。旗袍打卡由於時間關係沒有體驗，下次去瀋陽爭取感受一下😁

環境不錯交通便利，位置靠近瀋陽站地鐵，裏面留聲機放着民國風的小曲，穿上旗袍高跟鞋，頓時彷彿穿越到了那個久違的年代。房間裏設備齊全，很暖和。最後臨走前台小姐姐還送了我們不老林。總體這次的入住體驗很不錯。

房間挺好的，乾淨，就是比較老舊，淋浴房有漏水比較嚴重，問阿姨多要了兩條毛巾墊在地上。
地理位置方便，設施比較一般，枱麪很窄東西不好放。廁所裏一個掛衣服的鈎子都沒有。。。。
