1.屋內設施不全，沒有衣櫃衣架，沒有一次性拖鞋，2.衞生間水龍頭老舊，存在銹跡，關水滴滴答答，3.淋浴長時間放水，仍不熱，4.隔音非常差，5.床頭旁邊的燈開關不好用。

梧桐樹酒店乾淨立正，環境好，房間舒服，老闆娘人很好，女兒玩電腦，趕忙給找個桌子，我本來是預訂兩晚，提前退房了，老闆娘也把房錢給退了，謝謝！以後還會光臨的。

非常的開心 之所以這次住兩天賓館選擇這家是因為在此之前也在這家店住過兩回 服務 態度 房間乾淨 都很好 早上我和前台説衞生紙 沐浴露沒有了 不夠用 前台態度很好的就給我去拿了 我説我要去幾家公司去面試 拎着皮箱太沉了 太麻煩了 抱着試一下的心態問能不能存在這幾天 多少錢我可以出 老闆很熱心的説不要錢了 貴重東西拿出去就行 雖然説我也不願意太麻煩老闆 但是老闆人真的挺好的 而且我最初選擇的時候我覺得賓館的名字有文藝 現在我選擇的是老闆的熱心 人好 房間乾淨 住着舒服 我也不是託兒 反正這個都得自己親身體會 住過才知道 至少我是非常滿意的 最後祝福老闆事業蒸蒸日上！

衞生差，床單都落灰了，馬桶後面還有用過的口罩和衞生紙，熱水10分鐘才有，撐死20平的屋子空調30度吹一宿屋裡都冷，真的太差了。
