Thank you so much Chonpines Hotel! So kind, nice, helpful people, working there! Every one helped me! Check in was very easy and fast, clean, location also good, breakfast ok. I had some problem with my eye and I should keep my medicine in the fridge, but my room didn’t have fridge, they put it in the restaurant and I think every staff in the hotel knew about it and all help me. Super professional, kind people! Thank you! For sure I will back. 💐 谢谢🙏

已經離店兩天了 今天突然想起來給好評 酒店門頭不是很大 但是一進酒店大堂環境挺不錯的 小姑娘們很熱情 還有飲品在前台 房間算是中規中矩 但是白天採光不錯 在房間就能看到奧體中心 可想而知的近 酒店也是房間獨立空調 沐浴露很好聞 值得表揚的就是酒店的早餐 種類挺多的 跟周圍其他酒店比 算是不錯的 早餐廳環境也挺好 酒店出門交通便利 去地鐵站也就七八分鐘 附近還有一個混合外灘 走路不用十分鐘就能到 但是唯一的缺點就是酒店沒有自己的停車場 但是前台有一個指示牌標註了附近停車場 前台女孩指導後很方便的找到了 對於200出頭的酒店來説 整體不錯 推薦

來出差 同事推薦了這個酒店 他們比我先來一個月 一直都住在這家酒店 最開始定了大床房 之後前台介紹 換了這個行政套房 很適合我們兩個人出差住 兩室一廳 面積非常大 像家裡一樣 客廳有餐桌吃飯也很方便 而且我們住的時間長26樓有自助洗衣房 還可以在前台借晾衣架 很方便 還可以在前台幫忙代收快遞 入住當天還送了歡迎果盤哪最重要的是酒店有自己的自助早餐廳 直接解決了每天的早飯問題 早餐還是很不錯的 種類挺多 而且每天都有新的菜品 不會吃膩 出門走個八九分鐘就有地鐵 我們去k11也很方便地鐵一站地就到了 前台女孩們也很熱情 時間長都認識啦 每次路過都跟我們打招呼 滿滿的情緒價值 客房姐姐們每天也很認真的打掃房間 每天晚上回來房間都收拾的很乾凈 以後再出差還會住着的

來瀋陽看周深演唱會 真是期待了好久 整體入住體驗感非常不錯 價錢雖然比平時高了一點 但是演唱會期間 周邊應該都漲價了 可以理解 一進入酒店大堂 氛圍感十足 放了周深的大魚 氣氛直接到位 前台還貼心準備了應援禮物 前台女孩説手環和小夾子都是他們親手疊的和粘的 太有心了 還送了應援包 裏面有演唱會坐墊和可以帶到演唱會裡麪的軟飲袋子 去演唱會門口 這兩個都得賣到10多塊錢 酒店直接貼心準備 到房間還看到了送的點心盒還有ad鈣 從小就愛喝 好感直接拉滿 從酒店去了中街打卡周深的大屏 瀋陽文旅也給力 中街大屏簡直太帥了 第二天去早餐廳吃早餐竟然還有紫菜包飯 簡直太意外了 服務人員都很熱請 房間洗漱用品 都很不錯 之後再來瀋陽還會再來的 而且去機場也方便 地鐵半個小時就到了 直接到客運大樓 本次旅行簡直太愉快了 瀋陽文旅上大分 東北人真的是熱情好客 冬天還會再來的 ！

圖片衹有我退房之前的。來看演唱會，位置還是可以的，但是我住的不開心。第一次在攜程上打不滿意的分，就不提我進門一看房型不對，也不提衞生間洗手池上有毛髮，床單上有死蚊子這些了。但就入住一天經歷的三個前台我真的是很生氣。第一天辦入住，我親耳聽到前台確認大床房，一推門標間，我也沒計較，能住就行。結果晚上我正看着演唱會呢，酒店一小時一次的奪命call，連着打了好幾次，非常打擾我的觀看體驗，這是我最生氣的點。等我回去衹是為了確認一下白班那人給我開錯了房間，我説那你要怎樣，我可以換，她説現在換不了我們阿姨下班了，我請問了那你們一小時一次這是幹嘛呢！！！然後第二天退房，我用攜程訂房快十年了，已經是鉑金會員了，第一次遇到衹超過十二點二十五分鐘就給客户打電話催退房的，給我打電話的時候我正在電梯裏，火一下子就上來了，你們就差那二十五分鐘了嗎，太打擾客人了！我不滿意！【但是我遇到的其他瀋陽人很好，無論是志願者小朋友還是保安大叔，都非常熱情禮貌。總而言之下次不住這裏了，對老給我打電話這事害怕了
