這民宿的基礎設施十分差勁 尤其是電梯，在我看來出來住首先安全是第一位，如果安全性都無法保證其他的所有都是空談，我訂了兩天僅僅入住四小時不到，提出第一天的房費算我自己的，第二天退訂老闆不同意我也不知道是為什麼，我自認為已經提出了合理的要求，畢竟也沒要求房款全退訴求也在合理範圍內，主要問題出在安全方面我也實在是沒法將就，總之此次居住體驗非常差勁，大家在訂房的時候要好好考慮，畢竟安全無小事。

非常好，這是第四次入住了，每次房東姐姐安排的房間都非常滿意，裏面乾乾淨淨，很整潔，廁所非常衞生，廚房也是很乾凈！門是密碼鎖，很方便。不擔心落鑰匙。屋子裡很暖和，一點都不冷。最重要的是每次發訊息詢問問題，房東姐姐秒回，從來不需要等待，再次感謝🙏！再來渾南區，一定再定！

無接觸服務，密碼鎖，衞生好，性價比高。來東北大學看孩子，老闆給我選的19棟，窗口可以看到操場，離西門很近，可以刷身份證進出校園，真是近在咫尺，真好，下次來還選這

這次是第三次住了。前兩次住的體驗很好，這次也是非常好。房東很熱情，安排的房間很寬敞，很乾凈。門是電子鎖，很方便，省去了要一直拿鑰匙的問題。最重要的是屋裡的温度很好，一點都不冷，穿着短袖。防噪音也是很強，一點都不吵。樓下超市，賣吃的。非常方便。還是一句話，衹要來渾南區，一定再定。

首先:住宿的目的是什麼？這個是最關鍵的，我要去醫大一院渾南院區，這是離醫院非常近的。
第二:民宿，衞生不錯，床很大，可以睡4個人，生活設施一應俱全，暖氣很好，價格不貴。
第三:房主很熱情，附近的飯店和超市標註的很清楚，如果有需求，還會繼續訂房。

距離醫大一比較近，門框是掉的，衞生間很多紅螞蟻，床墊子是棕櫚墊加海綿比較硬，電梯質量比較差，比較嚇人。衹想省錢建議入住
