老闆是挺好的。衞生真的不行，整個民宿都鋪的地毯，但是地毯特別臟，整個衞生環境都不是很好，給人一種臟亂差的感覺，具體看圖吧。我覺得如果能做好清潔，把東西擺放規整，就弄成老闆宣傳圖那樣，就挺好，然而並不是。房間沒有房卡，從裏面關了，就衹有讓裏面的人開門，或者找老闆開，所以除了睡覺，房間門是不要關的。房間沒隔音可言，客廳聊天説話，在房間裏也聽得一清二楚。另外明明寫的是無煙樓層，但是老闆自己在客廳抽煙。

衞生乾淨老闆人特好老闆也特別愛乾淨老闆會經常組織客人喝酒燒烤老闆特別健談屋裡適合拍照取景屋子不大但很温馨喜歡喝酒和音樂的朋友可以來這家旅舍價格經濟實惠位置就在市中心離中街二百米不到位置優越交通方便離瀋陽北站三公里不到樓下就是公交站地鐵站旅舍裏面美女帥哥巨多！年輕人的聚集地！

瀋陽真是熱情好客的地方，青旅離瀋陽站瀋陽北都公交可達，中街走幾分鐘就到，老闆娘特別有意思，準備了鋼琴古箏吉他尤克里裏各種遊戲哈哈哈哈，認識了老王，佳怡，金毛還有有趣的女孩和她男朋友。住青旅就特別喜歡公區，大家坐着就會聊天。

環境不錯的，隨手一拍就很出片呀，還有可愛貓貓！
不過淋浴和蹲廁是一起的，洗的時候把門插好。然後吹風機什麼的都是有的。

衞生是差的，被套是帶血的，馬桶是黑的，晚上是吵的（老闆晚上凌晨一兩點還在聊天），覺是睡不着的，差勁👎

地理位置很好捏！樓下有兩個公交站，再多走兩步就是地鐵了。還有幾家便利店，想要買水什麼的也都很方便，樓下吃的也很多。床鋪房間也都很乾凈，還養了兩衹貓貓，特別可愛性格超粘人🥹喜歡小貓的有福了。老闆娘性格很棒人超級好！！有什麼問題解決的也很迅速。房間四人間空間也足夠，並不會很擁擠。外面是大廳，可以在大廳坐坐聊天，我是一個人來的瀋陽旅行，因為民謠認識了一些朋友，大家相處的都很融洽～很開心選擇了民謠，這裏的氛圍真的太好了！！下次還來✌🏻

位置很好去步行街故宮步行幾百米就是這個價位真的太親民！房間很寬敞也很乾凈公共區域很大大廳氛圍感很好樂器也不少就是我啥也不會🍈和幾個小哥們嘮嘮嗑很開心衹能在瀋陽呆兩天如果還有機會還會再來老闆娘人很好漂亮又親切很贊！

房間衞生很乾凈就和大學宿舍一樣，外面還有一個客廳大家一起聊天就像在朋友家的感覺，真的超級喜歡這家青旅的氛圍感，大家來自不同的地方有過不同的人生經歷，談論各自的有趣事情大家一起哈哈大笑，真的太舒服太放鬆了！而且衞生環境也不錯誒，床鋪也很整潔，彈彈軟軟的還有獨立衞浴➕空調暖氣！✔✔✔關鍵價格很友好呀，hhh去樓下麻辣燙店吃還能打折呢！😋交通也很便利，靠近故宮近懷民站！！！！hhhhhhhhhhh老闆也很好玩的！大家都很搞笑😘😘😘，真的很喜歡這樣一羣朋友在一起玩呢！!!!!

平時很愛旅遊愛熱鬧總會去青旅住認識朋友充滿温馨氛圍，來到瀋陽住過很多青旅，直到來了民謠旅社，真的讓我愛上了，老闆娘非常熱情親切，我記得晚上怕我冷給我加被子，給我蓋上，讓我很感動，住這的很多小夥伴來自全國各地，一起晚上劇本殺一起看電影，大家暢所欲言真的離開家鄉也有在家的感覺，住宿環境也很乾凈，上下鋪彷彿回到了學生時代，來這的客人很多都是回頭客和長期住的，從來沒寫過這麼長的評價，總之這個青旅我真的愛了愛了❤️，希望其他朋友來到瀋陽一定要來這裏住你一定會愛上這裏，還有位置很便捷，離哪裡都不遠，就這麼多自己體會到的就評價了，總之真的很愛民謠旅舍🏠🎸
