I came to Shenyang this weekend and chose IKEA Select Hotel. When I first saw the location and price of the hotel, I didn't have high expectations. But after the actual stay experience, I can first give a concise conclusion: next time I come to Shenyang, I will stay here again. Let me talk about my experience in various aspects in detail below. Hygiene: I have always been very picky about the hygiene of hotel rooms. My room is ***. The hygiene quality inside the room is acceptable, but there are some problems in some places. There were obvious and relatively large amounts of hair on the mattress, which was covered by the mattress cover, probably for some time (as shown in Video 1 and Video 2). In addition, there were two obvious stains on the toilet seat (Figure 11). At the same time, when the seat cushion of the small sofa in the room was lifted up, there were obvious hair and dust (Figure 13). This is a sanitary blind spot. I hope the hotel can clean it up in time when cleaning the room. Environment: Although the hotel is a certain distance away from Shenyang Railway Station, Shenyang North Railway Station and Shenyang South Railway Station, the hotel is located next to Exit C of Kaifa Avenue on Metro Line 1, which is about a 5-minute walk away. If you come out of Exit C, you can get to the hotel without crossing the road. The transportation is relatively convenient. Service: I would like to give special praise to the service, I really can't find any problems with it. This hotel is probably the one with the best comprehensive service among all the hotels I have ever stayed in. The service quality even exceeds that of some 200 yuan hotels I have stayed in. First of all, since I came early, at around 9 o'clock in the morning, the room had not been cleaned yet. The front desk did not take a passive attitude of waiting, but immediately notified the housekeeping department to expedite the cleaning, and also upgraded me from a deluxe king room to a zero-pressure king room for free. Secondly, since the room had just been cleaned, there were water stains on the floor and it was quite wet. The front desk lady reminded me of this and asked me to be careful. The cleaning lady on the floor also reminded me of this, which was very thoughtful. Thirdly, the lady at the front desk who checked me in was very skilled and was able to check me in quickly. She was able to answer my questions accurately, and she always used both hands when receiving my ID card and room card. At the same time, the lady at the front desk also paid attention to a small detail. This was the first time someone did this in all the hotels I stayed in. When I checked in, my ID card didn't have a protective cover at first, but the lady at the front desk put a new protective cover on it for me when I checked in. It is said that details determine success or failure. Although a protective cover is really worthless, it is this detail that makes me believe that IKEA Select Hotel is really successful in terms of service. The above experiences made me feel a strong sense of warmth, which is why I gave the service full marks. I hope the hotel can maintain such high quality service. Facilities: In terms of facilities, the hotel is relatively good. At first I thought that a hotel of this price range would cut corners on facilities, but the reality is that it basically has everything it should have. There is a relatively obvious ice cream shop in the lobby (Figure 3), and the air conditioning and TV in the room also work very well. There are two elevators, and you need to swipe your room card to get on the elevator. At the same time, takeout cannot be delivered upstairs, but will be placed on the table in the lobby by the delivery man. This has improved the safety factor of the guest rooms to a certain extent. However, there are still some small suggestions. First of all, the heater in my room *** was not hot. Normally, the heating should have been on in this season. Although the room was not cold without the heater, I still hope the hotel can check whether there is a problem with the heater. The cold winter is coming, and the heater can provide us with more warmth. Secondly, the shower room has a dry and wet separation, which should be better in hotels of the same price, but the shower room in my room has no door (Figure 8). I took a look and saw obvious marks on the hinges of the shower glass, which means there should have been a door before, but I don't know why it was removed. Third, the temperature of the shower is not very high. Even after the water has been left in for a while, the temperature still does not rise significantly. If you shower for a long time, you will feel a little cold. The hotel should strengthen this point. The fourth point is that it is recommended to install charging sockets at both ends of the bed. I don’t know what other rooms are like, but at least in the *** room I stayed in, there were sockets and bedside tables only on one side of the bed, and nothing on the other side (Figure 14). If two people stay in the room, charging will be inconvenient, so I think this can be improved. Fifth, the WiFi signal is not very stable. Sometimes the speed is very fast and there is no lag when watching videos, but sometimes you have to wait even to load pictures. It may be that there are too many guests, so the signal is not good. Overall, IKEA Hotel Select did not disappoint me, but gave me some surprises. In Shenyang, room rates of most hotels generally increased during the weekend, but IKEA Select Hotel did not raise the room rates significantly. Instead, it gave us a better experience at a very affordable price (only double-digit room rates). At the same time, you can also redeem the benefits of four hours early check-in (after 8 o'clock) and two hours late check-out (before 16 o'clock) on Ctrip. I think the overall quality of IKEA Select Hotels is beyond compare. I am always quite strict in scoring when I review hotels, and IKEA Select Hotel is one of the few hotels that can reach or exceed 4.0 points in my opinion. The above are all my true evaluations. When I review a hotel, I always say what I see and what is said, without any exaggeration. Each of my reviews about a hotel is very long, and I typed them word by word. It took me more than an hour just to type the text of this review. I do this just to share my true feelings with everyone in a more comprehensive way. I hope the hotel can maintain this status and such high cost performance. I also hope the hotel can see this review, especially some of the shortcomings in it. I hope to see a better IKEA next time I come back.

The room is quite big, but the hygiene is really average. The sheets and quilts are all dusty. I wore black clothes and there were little white hairs on the clothes, just like dandruff. I suggest you stay here. Don't go.
