the location is not good, no shop around, even food delivery is complicated. the staff is great. the breakfast lacks of diversity. the sauna was not accessible

Wonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.

The girl at the front desk was not very talkative and spoke bluntly; the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and served the guests. He alone supported the dignity of a five-star hotel.
The quality of breakfast was very poor. The waiters gathered together to chat.

The hotel has convenient parking and charging stations. Nicole at the front desk provided very good service. She called to inquire about my needs before check-in, upgraded my room when I checked in, and helped me call a taxi when I checked out. The room had a good view and was clean. The breakfast was satisfactory. The overall experience was good and I will choose it again next time.

Did the front desk staff have training to be so aggressive? Why is everyone like this? Only one lady who seems to be a manager is relatively enthusiastic. The others just answer whatever you ask them, but they are very hard and impatient. They seem to be office staff, not service staff.

The room facilities are complete. My child was participating in a chess competition here. I stayed here for one night to rest. It felt good. The breakfast bread was good. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was that my son was charged 88 yuan for breakfast. I said that a child over 1.3 meters tall should pay the full price, but later they charged half the price. The service staff at the restaurant entrance needs training. They can't tell how old the child is! 1.5 points for service!
