第一站選這間旅店我覺得是我做的比較正確的決定，為2點：
1.身臨其境感受瀋陽曾經的歷史和建築風格。這家賓館確實有這個歷史沉澱在這裏，很多開國將領比如毛澤東和陳雲都在這裏下榻過，我也願意這份歷史感買單。

2.服務方面有欠缺。酒店沒有瀋陽旅遊指南介紹 ，推廣瀋陽文旅文化;外賣和快遞不能送上樓，賓館員工也不會送到房間，衹能自己下去取。
3.酒店最有價值的歷史介紹書籍還藏在抽屜裏，我要沒開抽屜都看不到。
説實話，從消費者角度來説，作為一個歷史老店，你們這家店最大的優勢在歷史和文化，將自己的優勢不最大化體現出來，服務和衞生優勢又沒有新開酒店做的好 ，那過來住的旅客為啥要為你們買單呢？
請一定要解決房間氨氣味問題，這是酒店行業生命線，雖然是老酒店，應該也有解決辦法。酒店的歷史該是它的加分項，你們的服務和衞生也該配得上它曾經有過的歷史，而不應該把它的歷史變為賓館唯一項。

酒店地理位置不錯，對面就是瀋陽中山廣場，距離瀋陽站也比較近，早餐還行，品種比較少。賓館的設施比較陳舊，我住的房間頂部有一大圈漏水的痕跡。之所以特意選擇遼寧賓館主要就是為了去感受歷史，確實不錯，那天中午還有新人在遼寧賓館舉辦婚禮。服務人員熱情周到，前台美女還贈送了我一套遼寧賓館的明信片，很漂亮的。對了，提醒大家一下，我去了瀋陽洗浴中心，有很不錯的自助餐，含門票200多一個人，真的值得推薦，環境很好，還免費過夜，24小時。
