HanTing Hotel (Shenyang Hezuojie Subway Station)

This is the first time I write a bad review for a hotel. There are mainly the following issues: 1. The room smells As soon as I opened the door of the room, I could smell a decoration smell, similar to the smell of some low-quality leather goods. I tried to find the front desk to change rooms, and went to see several other rooms, all of which had the smell. It was difficult to book a room during the holidays, so I finally decided to stay and bought some air freshener to spray it for psychological comfort. After reading some order reviews on the platform, I found that only a few people mentioned the problem of decoration smell, and I don’t know what the specific reason is. The hotel staff said that as long as it can open, it must have passed various tests and there will be no problem with check-in. I can only choose to believe it. However, I believe that anyone who stays there should be able to feel the smell in the room. If you choose to book this hotel after reading this comment, it is recommended that you bring your own air freshener in advance. 2. Plug problem Although it is hard to believe, it turns out that only the socket at the head of the bed can be used to plug in the charger. All other sockets, including but not limited to the kettle socket next to the table, the socket on the sofa, and the socket next to the sink, cannot be fully plugged in. When I discovered this problem, I had already communicated with the hotel staff for a long time about the smell problem mentioned above, and I didn't want to communicate again, so I don't know whether it was only this room that had the problem, or if there was a problem in every room. Ventilation Problem Based on the smell mentioned above, I thought about opening the window and turning on the exhaust fan in the bathroom to promote air circulation. Then I found that although there was a switch button for the exhaust fan, there seemed to be no exhaust fan installed (I was doubtful and not sure whether there was no exhaust fan or the exhaust fan was not working). These are the main problems I can think of at the moment. I hope the hotel can improve itself. The accommodation environment has a great impact on the travel experience. Consumers who need to book a hotel should also read more reviews to understand the situation. It is better to make a mistake than to let it go. If they had taken the comment "Maybe there is a little smell because it was just renovated" into consideration and listened to the advice, perhaps they would have had a better experience.

😍My friend came to Shenyang to visit, and in order to make it convenient to meet, I recommended the newly opened Hanting (Hezuo Street Subway Station Branch) near my home! The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway entrance🚈, which is very convenient to go to North Station or the city center. It just opened in February this year. The room is very clean, without any decoration smell at all, and the smart devices in the whole house are super sensitive. It is recommended to choose a pink themed room, the warm colors are cozy and healing, and the sound insulation is perfect so you don’t have to worry about noise. The entire street downstairs is lined with restaurants and convenience stores, with everything from hotpot to barbecue and spicy hotpot, so you don’t have to worry about late-night snacks! The price-performance ratio is very high at over 200 yuan. Living here, you can make dinner appointments at any time and experience the authentic atmosphere of Shenyang. It's perfect! While waiting for her to dress up, I drank a cup of free coffee at the service desk on the first floor. I was in a good mood😝😝

房間整潔乾淨，佈局合理,智能家電一應俱全。前台客服人員周到熱情，地理位置交通方便，周邊餐飲較多，離地鐵站走路幾分鐘，離火車站乘地鐵三站，交通十分便利。下次來還是會選擇這家汗庭酒店入住。

常出差，華住會裡基本都住過了。萬萬沒想到這家店超出了這麼多年的預期，一個新店本沒報多大的希望，晚上10點多才到很累出現一系列事情，反應很及時給我處理。這裏真的非常感謝一下酒店的管理層欒玉成同志，個人能力真的超強，能夠處理到位，替我們解決很多問題，也讓我們感受到了東北人的熱情直爽，高端酒店也住了很多，現在酒店都講究智能化時代，這家店能夠人性化温度化的服務真的沒想到。寫這條評價説實話真的是發自內心的，作為客人選擇酒店真的都擔心踩雷，出現問題沒人解決，安全，衞生，環境，服務都是我們必要考慮的因素，漢庭作為華住會裡經濟型的酒店在設施方面就是基礎的，但是新版本真的住起來非常舒服，所以果斷選擇再住一晚。感覺很暖心，下次出行我的首選一定是漢庭，設施和硬件固然很重要，但是出現問題有人迴應解決相比之下在我看來更為重要。現在的漢庭已經跳出以前刻板的時代，作為這麼多年的老品牌真的值得信賴和推薦，這是我自己最真實的感受。姐妹們以後來瀋陽旅行這家店決對是首選，離地鐵站也就幾分鐘，出現也很方便。大半夜到了也不需要擔心不安全。期待漢庭走向中高端的版本。下個行程上海我已經毫不猶豫的預訂了漢庭。一個好的管理層帶領團隊讓我真切感受到了好的酒店。欒總，有緣再見。再次再次感謝您。我祝願您像這山水一樣，氣勢磅礴，風雲際會，成就一番事業。
