Spacious , clean, shower room nice design (but good to have some hanging hooks inside shower room), staffs are very patient and helpful, especially when we need to checkout and rush to train station, thankful with the help by the staffs!
Beds are very comfortable, tv programs are good.
We love the robot to deliver yummy shewer from the stall right outside hotel!!

Location is not too well, need to catch uber at least 15 mins to get into shopping and others!

It was great to stay this hotel. Crews are very friendly and kind. Especially the front desk Pang Qu Ying was absolutely friendly and taking care of me a lot. I was bery impressed with this service. Very valuable!!! Must stay again!!👍👍👍

The room is spacious and looks clean but the towels smells like it has been there for a long while without being changed. The bed linen is itchy. Good thing there is no car*** in the room as the car*** outside smells like *** **** and *****. It’s near the airport so no hassle going there.

It was great stay at the hotel. It’s clean and new. Everything works well and also the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast spreed has a good Selection.
