小區環境很美，門口可以免費停車方便，非常乾淨衞生，能住4人家庭房兩室一廳，離：棋盤山滑雪場，動物園，賽特奧萊，東陵公園，世博園非常近，房東周到熱情

我們住了4個人兩間房，兩室一廳很大！來瀋陽世博園旅遊的,停車特別方便，還去了賽特奧萊，鳥島，東陵公園，住的非常安靜，特別乾淨，還會再來的！老闆人很好！

不同於30幾平的開間類民宿。這是兩室一廳更敞亮每個房間都有窗户。房間兩室有兩張床，非常乾淨！廚房和衞生間都不小，還有燃氣。飲料礦泉水方便麪等等都有價格和超市一樣沒有溢價。老闆對住客需求有求必應主動熱情。小區環境安靜非常適合休息！非常非常好！

衞生一般，大面看上去沒毛病，但床背，枕頭上都是毛髮，建議拿粘衣服的粘一粘，一次性牙具各不相同…給人感覺怪怪的，一次性拖鞋也沒有，有一雙看上去還像是別人用過的
環境一般，大家可以注意一下整個小區衹有一個東門，出口衹有一個，而民宿在西北角角，中間大概需要步行5-6分鐘，行李比較多的不要考慮
設施：小區裏面健身器材什麼的都有，不過出來是旅遊的也不是體驗小區的，反而是家裡明明標明有微波爐實際上並沒有，有廚房但被晾床單佔用…一言難盡吧，而且進門很空曠，感覺少了點什麼
服務：店主人還挺好的，但是民宿整體一般，感覺不太值5.0分和將近300的價格

房間很大 是一樓舉架很高 房間環境通透 兩歲寶寶在房間裏面盡情的蹦蹦跳跳 位置不錯 附近有很多玩的地方 都會較近 小區還有滑梯 帶孩子的寶寶首選哦 .
