房子乾淨整潔，老闆很熱情，還免費給我們升級了130多平的洋房。然後，我們住的很安靜，很舒心，床品也很乾凈，一客一換，良心品質。門口停車很方便，推薦離景點都很近

房子是一樓和負一樓兩層。房間面積很大，有麻將機。一樓有3個空調，負一樓沒有空調，每個房間都是空調扇。負一樓沒有窗，而且在負一樓電話沒有信號，房間裏的wifi 也連不上。

小區環境很美，門口可以免費停車方便，非常乾淨衞生，能住4人家庭房兩室一廳，離：棋盤山滑雪場，動物園，賽特奧萊，東陵公園，世博園非常近，房東周到熱情
