跟朋友出來玩的 因為離遊玩景點非常近定的他們家 房間很好沒有讓我失望 非常乾淨 工作人員也很熱情 設施都很齊全 還送了咖啡和茶 真的很不錯 太喜歡這個床了 睡着很舒服 很大很寬敞 總之很滿意 下次來瀋陽還會過來住 極力推薦👍👍👍

整體：酒店設計者應該挺有情懷的，硬件設施還是不錯。但是缺少服務意識，整體體驗感極差。
設施：設計得大氣、漂亮。但是後期管理、維護跟不上。馬桶蓋是壞的，毛巾是放在台上，沒有毛巾架。
衞生：一進屋裝修的味道很濃，貌似沒有進行開荒便讓入住了。陽台上很多煙頭，還有施工時遺留的材料。窗簾後有好利來的蛋糕盒子，燈上有驅蚊貼，枕頭上有頭髮。
服務：向工作人員問路，服務員語氣十分生硬：“你得自己查高德。”正在店裡休息，聽見兩下敲門聲，話還沒問出口，門便被打開了。從敲門，到刷門卡，一共不過2秒，沒有二次敲門。發現裏面有人，關門便走，沒有任何解釋。詢問情況，還理直氣壯地説：“你這顯示是凈房。”那是不是説明，晚上可能會進來人，是不是也有其他客人的可能。而且還説：“我不是敲門了嘛。”衹能説，沒有出現此類問題的培訓。衹説：“不好意思。”不是“對不起。”，沒有對發生問題的解釋。
衞生間的晾衣繩，不仔細看是看不清的，應該是上一波客人使用過，保潔應該負責收回，否則身材高的能碰到的，挺危險。洗澡下水聲音挺大，不知道是下水沒收拾乾淨的原因，還是怎麼回事。
早餐：對於18元的價格，菜品很豐富，超預期。

第一天入住就告訴衞生太差 地跟畫畫一樣 這圖是第2天續住 讓打掃過的 出門之前已經跟前台説好好打掃 床單換一下 10點出門 下午2點回來不換就算了 床鋪桌子也不收拾就換了浴巾 知道一家三口就給三個牙刷 兩瓶水 洗完澡插上吹乾就斷電 最後濕頭髮睡的 可惜這麼大房間 管理太差 衞生太差 這才開業幾天

衞生老差了，不光死角埋汰，明麪都那麼埋汰，坐便後面一用水沖，垃圾全出來了，床頭，桌子啊啥的，噴酒精擦洗臉巾都是黑了，那地面嗷嗷臟，好像根本沒拖地，太噁心了，太晚入住的，沒辦法。衞生間乾的那一面門口汪水，艾瑪，這體驗感，幸虧自己帶大床單了！埋汰死了，跟那個如家旗下華驛有一拼，那家也是埋汰死了…

房間很新，衞生打掃得不徹底，濕巾擦了擦牀頭櫃，臟死了！
作為連鎖酒店，手機充電線也沒有。
對前台的服務是非常不滿意的！！！到店停車不確定門口的停車位置是否合適，想讓前台幫忙看一眼，前台距離門口很近，前台堅決不肯邁開高貴的雙腿，二個前台一動不動；你説人家服務不好吧，人家禮貌中帶着冷漠。進入房間後網絡連接信號不好，打電話問前台，前台態度急促中帶着敷衍。就是那種禮貌中帶着敷衍不耐煩的態度，相當影響情緒！
