第一次到瀋陽選擇了麗楓酒店（張士開發區沈遼路店）。這家酒店位置便利也有免費停車場，周圍有很多商鋪吃飯商超購物非常方便。酒店前台服務熱情，前台小姐姐還為我們免費升級了房間。房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，設備嶄新且智能化很滿意。早餐環境乾淨衞生，菜品口感不錯。總體是一家性價比超高的酒店，入住體驗感很好。

給予差評主要有三點原因。
一是家庭房床頭不是軟包，是木板拼接且沒有安全防護，孩子不小心磕到床頭，縫了四針。雖如經理描述，裝修風格都是統一標準，無法幹涉，但添加安全防護，是用心也是經驗！
二是出事故後，酒店不能及時主動提供必要幫助，且事後漠不關心。孩子受傷已接近23點，全程衹有一名前台人員提供過應急包，我們自己開車去的最近醫院做的縫合，在此期間，酒店無人詢問是否需要幫助或建議孩子去哪個醫院縫合比較適合。入住第二天晚孩子受傷，後又連續住了兩晚，過程中無人問候孩子受傷情況。
三是賠付醫葯費過程拖延，推脱責任。推拖原因：保險公司不予理賠，説是家長看護不當！然後酒店方説想辦法讓保險理賠，結果硬生生拖了一個月！
之後我們聲明要自己維權！酒店才給賠付了醫葯費。
最可氣的是，退房當天就把所有醫療費發票發給酒店方了，結果過了一個月，酒店方還不清楚醫療費到底多少錢！這也沒把顧客當回事啊！
以上評論，主要是想給入住家庭房的父母，提供更多可以關注的點，避免出現我們這樣的事故！

第二次入住，酒店位置不錯，周邊餐飲便利店都有，樓下有個不大的地面停車場，酒店服務熱情，新開酒店很乾凈，電視是網絡電視，有些不太穩定，經常斷或者沒信號。

酒店內部環境很好，看起來整潔舒服，並不遜色於星級酒店。因為價格不貴，所以有些物品配備沒有星級酒店那麼齊全，比如潤膚乳就沒有，因為北方天氣乾燥需要潤膚乳，衹能自己去購買。也沒有肥皂。
但不管如何，還是非常推薦這個酒店。

設施：這是新酒店，設施都很新，體驗度很好
衞生：打掃挺乾淨，沒有異味，沒有下水道反味和黴味！
環境：供暖好，整體酒店的味道很清新
服務：前台小哥哥服務態度特別好，很敬業
早餐：可能是春節，工作人員有點少，忙不過來，品種很多，也很可口，但是供應不上，炒麪和炒飯去的時候都沒了，混沌很好吃～
停車費免費，性價比很高
